Hi Jamie, Thanks for your business. You sent us $0.72 worth of Face Value stamps. I paid you the full face value on them because I felt bad that you paid so much in shipping. ALL of the stamps while old had been canceled (which means they had previously been used and we do not buy used stamps no matter how old they are). Even if the stamps you sent hadn't been used the actual rate you should have been is $0.18 for all of them. Why did you not check out our rates before you sent them. You sent an email today asking about a package that you say was supposed to arrive this past Saturday. I responded 3 hours later because it was a busy day and told you that we haven't seen your package. I asked you to send me the tracking number so I can attempt to locate it tomorrow. I have not heard back from you with your tracking information. UPDATE: Customers package arrived today. His package was processed and paid to his Paypal account today as well. An email was sent to customer letting him know. We are not responsible for shipping delays by the USPS but for some reason this customer believes we are.

Hi Prudvhi, I appreciate your business but I am not sure why we are deserving of a one star review. You were paid $472.50 via Venmo (so payment was instantly in your account) for your currency within 24 hours of your package arriving which is exactly what your exchange form you sent in said. You did our online exchange form before you sent your currency to us so you knew exactly what you would be paid. If our rate is as bad as you claim then why would you even send your currency to us? Did you shop around to see who had a better rate? If not, then that is only your fault. Our rates are very transparent and you knew exactly what you would be paid before you even decided to send your currency to us. Also, our rate is pretty strong considering the world is shut down for travel right now and the currency you sent us is not considered a major currency. Not one single bank in the USA will exchange the currency you sent us and I do not believe any other fx businesses in the USA even deal with the currency you sent us. We absolutely 100% held up our end of this deal and while we strive for every customer to be completely satisfied, if you are unhappy with this particular transaction you are the only one to blame as you knew exactly what you would be paid before you sent the currency. If you thought you were being jipped then why would you even send us the currency?
