I used one of the big-name foreign currency exchanges in the past, but since it suspended operations due to the pandemic, I was looking for some way to exchange Dominican pesos for US dollars. FCCE was easy to use, inexpensive, and quick. Plus at the end of the transaction I got an email from the CEO of the company himself--and he responded immediately to a reply I made. So call me impressed with FCCE's operation from start to finish. I will use them again.

First I must say tremendously fast and easy to deal with. You can trust these folks as funds were very quickly put into my account. Highest recommendation and yes I do exist..lol.

I sent FCE a wide array of foreign currency notes and coins. They processed my payment in 24 hours and for the amount in my shopping cart. I will use them again for sure

I received money through pay pal, accidentally hit the wrong button, and sent it back. I immediately sent an email with the issue, and have yet to hear from them nor have I received the money back from them.

Hi Karen, Thanks for your business. As you have stated your we sent your payment through Paypal. We actually sent it to you the same day your package was received. We were completely unaware that you returned the money to us. I have checked our company's email, [email protected] and I do not see an email from you....not even in the spam folder. If you sent an email to any address other than [email protected], then we would have never seen it. Your payment has now been resent. The only reason we even knew it was sent back to us is because you left us this review. Thanks again for your business!

You submitted an order for $472.53 and your payout was exactly $472.53. Trustpilot will not let me upload a photo of the completed transaction but your payment transaction id number on Paypal is 2BD9285583072945B. If you need to reach us our email is [email protected] and our phone number is 404-823-0790.
