They bully and terrorise innocent people even when they recieve a crime number and the pictures clear show it is not the person is male and not female

Only one word to describe these people CRIMINALS.

If I could rate it a 0, I would. Absolutely useless staff. No interest in resolving issues. I was wrongly charged £35 admin fee because they claim that I did not pay my £20.06 petrol. The payment did not come out which I had not realised BUT, the petrol station that I went to does not release the petrol handle until you tap your card - I tapped it, it beeped and then the handle released so I could use it. There was therefore the obvious and reasonable assumption that it had been paid. It was £20 only so I didn’t even check my bank account - given that the handle does not even release until you pay, it made sense to assume that payment had been taken. Now due to a fault in THEIR system, I have been charged an admin fee for something that was not my fault and then received no help whatsoever. My email was completely disregarded and I have now had to pay £55.06 for petrol that had initially cost £20.06. Ridiculous that nothing is being done and that the petrol station’s one job - taking the payment once your card has been tapped - was not completed and has therefore left me out of pocket for something that is not my fault.

Shell petrol station, Monmouth. My dad bought petrol and a newspaper then went in to pay for it on his card. He didn't get a receipt, so he didn't realise payment had only been taken for the newspaper. Almost 12 months later, we received a forecourteye fine for non payment of fuel. We quickly paid the fuel costs plus forecourteye fees, as we didn't want the charges to escalate. Reading the reviews on here show other people have also been a victim of these charges, with the garages only charging for the cheaper item and passing over the unpaid fuel charge to forecourteye so they can add additional extortionate fees. I have used my local Shell garage for over 30 years, but I have lost all trust in them now and will never use them again. If you use a petrol station that's controlled by forecourteye, please make sure you get a receipt for all fuel purchases and keep them for at least 12 months.

I am a regular customer in the ESSO petrol pump in Connaught road, Brookwood and apparently I have ran away without paying £20.03 worth of fuel. I bought a can of coke through the window before paying as it was night time and the cashier said I have paid for everything. I also have a bank statement where it says I have been charged only £1.40 for a can of coke. Now I cannot reach Forecourt eye and the ESSO staff are not helpful at all. It was their chasiers fault and now I have to pay extra £35.
