Great and quick customer service
Customer service Syrah helped me with my question promptly and comprehensively. I reached out with an issue that I didn't have much expectations for getting resolved. Syrah replied promptly and my issue was solved in just one email!

Awesome Support & New Offerings
The customer service agent Syrah was awesome and helped me fix my problem promptly! They have fixed some of the previous bugs and issues with the site and revamped the rewards system. Overall, I still like using the credit at For Days, but I think it's nice to have credit / rewards options at other places like Subset and Mate. I like the "cotton only" bag - because I am a seamstress and that seems like a great way to recycle those cotton scraps. I'd like to see them continue to work with other ethical brands for discounts - places like Elate Cosmetics, Amour Vert, etc.

Needed to helpful customer service
Needed to reprint my label as it was expired and my old label was taped atop the QR code (so it was “hidden” to me). I kept looking for the QR code and couldn’t find it. So I reached out to customer service via email and they helped me see where it was and I was able to reprint the label. Thank you!
