I bought a t shirt from For Days and when I opened the package I was already not impressed with the sewing on the shirt. I submitted a request to return (you have to return items within 7 days which is absurd) and 5 days later my request still hasn’t been approved. I called and left voicemail messages and sent multiple emails and have heard NOTHING back. As far as I can tell there is zero customer service. I’m very frustrated with my experience with For Days and wish I had never purchased anything from them. It was a waste of my time and money.

I dont know why I keep coming back
I dont know why I keep coming back - I should just eat the fact that their t shirts and other things don't fit and stop the cycle. Their customer service is awful - not responsive and god forbid something goes wrong. For example, the post office rejected the labels on both my swap and my return because the labels provide for less than 1 lb and the items in each package weigh slightly over that. I don't hear from them for a long time - meanwhile, what I am going to do with this stuff! The quality of the clothes is not worth the hassle.

Definitely worth a try!
Honestly I think they've fixed the issues I read below. Shopping was easy, the fabric was amazing 100% cotton is the best. The white dress I bought was thick like mentioned, it was great. I preferred a loose fit so I am exchanging it which they make easy by giving you a free label. Honestly for the price and the quality, concept and the service i couldn't ask for more from this company. I can tell they put a lot of thought into it and didn't miss any details. Another thing I love is that they use regular people as models all shapes and sizes. Thank you for considering everyone. I never really buy clothes online but they really paid attention to detail with fit and information so it made me comfortable to order. The sizing issue was my personal preference and not their fault at all. I really enjoyed shopping with you and I'll definitely be ordering more. Im hoping for more styles so I can keep buying. 💓I really wish people would at least say the good things in addition to the hiccups. The computer glitches are glitcheS and should not be the single reason to write such a horrible review. I think it's rare to find a company that tries to do good for the world and everyone so kudos.

card decline??
I went to place my order and it declined my card - didn't know why. So I went to another site and was able to order from them with the same card ForDays declined. Thought maybe it was a glitch so I reloaded and typed everything in again, still declined, no idea why. But from what I read sounds like they need some work on their site so maybe that was it.
Update: tried a different card I never use and a week later I had fraudulent activity from said card - just a bit fishy to me.

Total trash
Total trash. Masks were horrible and 3 came with torn elastic bands. They were too tight to even put on. Do NOT order this sham of a company. Taking advantage of people during this time.

Well-meaning, but that isn't enough
I think For Days is a very well-meaning, ethically-minded brand. Their clothes are quality-made. That being said, they have pretty poor customer service and responsiveness overall and parts of the shopping experience are just ridiculously bad, and it's NOT WORTH IT. 1) Their website is glitchy (messed up my receipt and overcharged me), and 2) they really don't know how to manage their own Trial Bag business model.
1) The Website Glitch – The first problem came when I was placing my order and checking out on the website. I got the Trial Bag, which allows you to pick 5 items for a deposit of $38. I mistakenly put 6 items in my cart (I was checking out on a mobile device and couldn't view the page properly), and went to checkout. The receipt told me my total was $38, which is the number I expected, so I didn't inspect more carefully (my mistake) and pressed checkout. My credit card company then alerted me I just made a purchase of $66 because For Days charged me $28 for that extra shirt and didn't tell me on the receipt (on the website receipt OR the emailed receipt – no prices written on that). Very bad UX. Had to contact Customer Support to fix this, which was inconvenient, but remained hopeful and excited to receive the order.
2) Trial Bag Fail – I ordered the Trial Bag and decided to only keep 2 items. I sent back the remaining 3 using THEIR provided return label BEFORE the return window of 7 days closed, and was expecting to only be charged for the difference between my original deposit and the price of those 2 items (as promised)! This did not happen, and they charged me a whopping $116 for stuff I didn't even keep. Also, the return instructions are unclear – did they want their fancy canvas bag back? And their return instructions on the website say "create a return in our portal" – THERE IS NO PORTAL, and no process to "create" or request a return. There's just a button on the Orders page that says "Print return shipping label," and apparently if you do that it doesn't show up on their backend that you returned the item.
Contacted Customer Service about all this – provided all necessary information about the problem and tracking details. Got an infuriatingly vague email back saying, "don't worry, we'll get this all sorted out!"... I haven't heard back from them in 3 business days.
Overall, I'm (obviously) very disappointed and frustrated with the shopping experience. Seems like something went wrong every step of the way. I will not buy again – I would rather give my business to more established sustainable brands who actually know what they're doing.

Poor Customer Experience
I decided to give For Days a shot with their (Try B4 You Buy) option. The shirts didn't quite fit. I sent them back only to find I was charged for two shirts.
I sent an email to For Days, they told me that I had taken the tags off two shirts and asked If I wanted them returned to me since they couldn't give me a refund.
What a poor customer experience. They lost a customer for life. Do better For Days. Any other retail shop would have returned the items.
