Fast response to a registration problem
I have used the Take Back Bag previously, but this time I couldn't get my registration completed (computer issues or app issues, unsure of which). I turned to the Trashie help desk, and Barbara came through for me. She was able to set up my registration page link, so I was able to print my label and send off my bag, pronto!
