i hate that this company feels the need to degrade lash extensions to promote their product. Lash extensions are a luxury service but when done correctly by a certified lash artist , does not cause damage to the natural lashes. As a lash technician i promote lash serums for my clients as they are a great product that can work well together with extensions. But i will NOT be stocking or reccomending this brand of serums to my clients .

Only giving 1 as cant give none disgusting company had a reaction from this product was in hospital they didn't even apologise offered me a gift card what an absolute joke this company is please read there small print before buying. Serum is not fully tested contains a lot unlisted ingredients and states on their site can cause a reaction but the deny it please do not buy from this company use a trusted seller cheaper is not better be safe.

I got my product today and the box was open no seal around it!! It seem like someone ripped it and package it... and not only that I took like a month to get here!!! Not happy I don’t know if I should still use it!

I ordered 2 products a couple of weeks ago and still have not received them. I did the package tracker and the status has not changed for a week. I wish I could speak to someone over the phone, but there is no number to contact them. Reading these reviews, I am probably not going to see my products and should just look at it as a lesson and a loss. So disappointed!

After sending my money I did not get my product. Just correspondence with girl who is repeating the same all the time. I am sick and tired of their company. Strongly advice do not order anything from them. I just lost my money.

I ordered two items on the 7th of February 2019 and it is now the 29th of April and I have still not yet received my parcel. They're telling me to check the plenty of post offices in my area to see if it went there. Unacceptable.

I saw ads for this EVERYWHERE. I thought I’d try it out, ordered and received within 2 weeks, not bad for delivery time. I tried a bit of the lash serum on my hand to make sure it was ok, didn’t seem to react so I did as instructed and put it on before bed. It’s been 24 hours and I have deep red lines everywhere that I applied it, my eyes are bloodshot and itchy. AVOID AT ALL COST. I read the ingredients and this shouldn’t be happening. I don’t think they fully disclose what’s in it. If my eyes don’t get better I’ll have to go to the emergency room. This is insane. On Facebook and on their website, there’s only 5 star reviews?? That’s not possible. Scam.

DO NOT order from this website!! I am still waiting for parts of my order from mid December - it is now mid April!! When some of the order arrived - the eyelash and eyebrow serums - they were half empty. I received the hair serum yesterday and the bottle was almost empty!! I have sent numerous emails requesting attention to my outstanding orders, but no realistic responses. One suggested I come to the factory to pick up my orders .... Hello! I live in Australia! I should have read the reviews first as I never usually order anything on line! Be warned

Hi Carolyn. We would like to apologize for any inconvenience that was caused with your order. I understand that you made an order during December, which was the peak time of the year due to Christmas. Being a new brand in the industry, the huge volume of orders has overwhelmed our fulfillment team. Furthermore, we have to proceed with an international shipment warehouse as our local warehouse were affected and shut down due to the heavy winter storm. This was an unexpected event which we then altered to any nearest point to ensure shipment goes out fast. We also have sent out an email to inform that some orders may be affected by the winter storm. We managed to resolve this issue with most customers that were affected. I also understand that sometimes a package could be delivered in defects as it may have crushed on the courier. Although this case is very minimal, we always offer a free replacement for any defect orders with proof. We would never request our customer to pick up orders at the factory as there are some strict regulations that we abide by. This could be some misunderstanding. We believe that there are many of our happy customers out there that are enjoying our product. Therefore, we would love to make things right again if you would give us another chance.
