A super product does not excuse dishonesty
A super product does not excuse subpar customer service. As promised, I will share my awful experience on every review platform I can find. Customers deserve honesty and transparency especially if we’ve already paid in full. Long story short, feel free to read the screenshots, my package was not shipped until 8/27, 10th day after the shipping label been created and when I emailed the customer service Joan and Charm responded. It could have been a very small deal if they had admitted their fault that due to human error this package wasn’t shipped out yet for whatever reason. And that would’ve been the end of the story. But nope. They decided to lie! What a wise choice! And they ought to teach their kids that (learn from the best, am I right???!) no please don’t tell your kids to lie that’s awful! So Joan and Charm decided to lie to me after they checked in the system and saw that oops the package is still here in the warehouse though the shipping label was created on 8/17 (as indicated in the screenshot). They assured and reassured me that it’s been shipped and it’s on it’s way to me now. Which wasn’t the case and sucks for them that I use arrival to track all my packages and they told me 3 BS perfunctory excuses. Here I share them with you as well as my responses to each. Be the judge yourself here. "The tracking system may sometimes take a while to update" - So whats the point of having a tracking number??? WHY?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! This excuse is so lame and doesn't even make sense! Sounds like you are admitting your system is flawed!! Why is it flawed then? And why haven't you done anything about it though knowing it is flawed?! And is 9 days a while enough for you? If it didn't update over the weekend or whatnot, okay, nbd, but it is 9 DAYS! "Weather is sometimes an issue, plus scanning the items to check where the packages are may not be required at every stage, so it can be hard to determine the items' exact location." - oh wow! I can't believe you would dare to blame it on the weather??? USPS, FEDEX, UPS all run their route despite of inclement weather. It seems like "scanning items" never occurred because when I tracked package again via USPS today, it only has PRESHIPMENT information and that only the shipping label is created, which is a common trick SCAMMERS use. Am I wrong? It is USPS procedure to scan ALL packages they receive or that are going out. - Again, I think the problem here is I HAVE THE TRACKING NUMBER AND ACCORDING TO THE TRACKING NUMBER, MY PACAKGE IS STILL IN PRESHIPMENT, 9 DAYS AFTER THE LABEL BEING CREATED. I don't know what weather has ANYTHING do it with THIS ISSUE that Im presenting to you. STOP USING RED HERRINGS AND/OR PERFUNCTORY EXXCUSES "Package scans are also sometimes skipped, especially when couriers are running behind in order, to enable them to move all packages quicker as additional scanning means extra processing time." - no.... USPS always scans ALL packages. I went to the local USPS office and they also confirmed that only the shipping label was created but this package has not been shipped yet. So now, back to the question I asked in the previous email, and I demand a clear answer, if I don't received the package by what date, will I get a refund? Don’t blame USPS! I like them and at least they are honest Lmfaooo when they don’t know where your package is they will be straight up with you. Rather than Forchics, lie to your face.

Hi, Vic. I am truly sorry that you have to wait that long. Shipping time in the US is 7-14 business days. Please provide me with your order number, and I will gladly check the order status for you. Thanks and have a nice day!
