I cannot believe this!! I've been using their eyelash serum and I found it works well so I've decided to give the Brow serum a try. My mistake! Half of my eyebrows have fallen out after the first use!! First time something like this ever happened to me I was shocked. I've emailed the company promptly explaining it and even sent them a picture of what they look like and they've responded with this: Thank you for reaching out to us! Growing back/restoring your brow is a process that doesn't happen overnight. We are all unique. We have different starting points and different brow goals. Some react more effectively to the active ingredients, and some of your hairs will grow faster than others. It's perfectly normal because different skin types have different tolerance towards the formulations. But do not worry! Below are some tips that you can keep in mind:.. Then telling me to use it for 30 days to see the result!!! Is that a joke?? My evebrwos are half gone after only one use already. Stay away from this company. They're more than happy to take your money but when something goes wrong you'll get a copy and paste message with no consideration to what you have even said. I'd attach a photo on here if I could. I won't leave it as it is and Forchicks don't bother responding to this with your copy and paste message like you did to others below!!!

The chemicals in this serum are not the highest quality as the company suggests. I would recommend anyone just to apply Castor Oil on their eyebrows and lashes, and it will naturally work gradually. I do not recommend anyone to use this product, do your research first on chemical agents and heavy metal elements that are present in this serum, and the long term side effects on the epidermis. Hope this helps, organic Castor oil cost no more than $20 (4oz bottle) ; while this chemically altered serum cost $26.

Serum took ages to arrive and got a suspicious text message saying it was held up and more shipping costs needed to be paid. You guys really should be ashamed of yourselves. You are not based in California and the ingredients list on the serum is horrendous. I won't be using it. I won't bother trying for a refund given your poor track record. Its going in the bin. If you reply saying you are based there, provide some proof. I dont want to hear your BS.

Dont buy from this company. I ordered 3 products. 2 products came weeks later and from China with no directions, no ingredients, no return options. One package was already opened and taped back shut and the other was just a plastic jar with a printed lable - no seal. I could have printed it off my own printer. Super sketchy. I wanted to return but everything was at my own cost so it was more to ship and pay again for a product I didn't want. I was paying 2 x for something. Scammed and shamed.

Really loved my first order of Forbrow so I ordered another as well as Forlash. Shipping takes forever. Finally receive my second order. My Forbrow was empty after two weeks of use (the first one came with much more in it) and I saw 0 results with my Forlash after using for a month. Disappointed and feel ripped off. I will not be ordering again.

Every night I use this next morning my eyelid is reddened n bumpy. This would be eyelash serum. Anyone else having this problem. Thank you

I would give Forchics zero stars if possible. Of the three items I've ordered, only 1 has arrived and it wasn't worth even half of the money I spent on it. Another one of my items has been in a warehouse in China for well over a week and, despite the shipping information apparently being sent, it hasn't moved since. I've since bought a similar product for less money from a store near me because I have no faith that my product will ever actually arrive. The last item I ordered arrived in the country a week after I ordered it but the shipping company Forchics has partnered with is impossible to get a hold of and, once I finally did get in touch with them, told me that my package is lost. This company is an absolute con and I wouldn't buy anything from them again, even if my life depended on it.
