I want to write a review because I had buyers remorse immediately once I ordered the brow serum.. I started looking around online and found many negative reviews.. Here’s the truth about the serum - it actually works. It did take close to a month for me to receive my package and I was convinced I had gotten scammed. But it eventually arrived and 3 weeks of using it I’m beyond surprised at how well it’s working. I have very sparse brows from over-tweezing when I was younger (I’m 38 now). My brows are thicker and I can see hair sprouting underneath my presently sparse brows. I’m guessing they will look great in a couple of months. I’ve been using at least twice a day, sometimes 3. I just ordered more this morning. Reasonably priced and actually works.

My order took so long to come but it did come at the end, I was sorta scared that they had scammed me but I patiently waited it out. Bought like around early feb and finally came in after about 3 weeks, customer service fairly quick but wasn’t very useful when I contacted them asking why it took so long. However, it eventually came and I’m exciting to be trying it and hopefully it works! I’ll keep y’all updated if it actually does what it claims

I too was quick to accuse this company of being dishonest crooks. Well they proved me wrong. Their supply vs demand(orders) were a bit unexpected for them. As a human being I understood this and gave them the benefit of a doubt and they came through. Their emails are misleading which states you should get your package within a week or two. In actuality it took about a month. If they changed their emails 98% of the people that will purchase will not be so quick to complain. If this product works I will come back and give 5 stars!

Easy to order. Got frequent email updates about my order. Package arrived quickly. Packaging was presentable and pretty.

I’ve been using the lash serum on and off for two years and my eyelashes have grown a lot. People ask me if I have fake eyelashes on when I put mascara on them. Even though my eyelashes are longer now, they still have no curl without mascara.):

Im rating here the service cause I read all the negative reviews only after purchasing the serum so I emailed them asap for a refund and they were pretty understanding towards my request. I had my refund within a week even tho they took a 15% fee, but Id rather live with that than risking my sight/health + losing all my 40 bucks

After ready the reviews I am so surprised, I have had nothing but a good experience with this company. I bought the brow serum by mistake and when I emailed them to change it to the eyelash serum they were fast to reply and confirm it had been changed. Not even a week later I received my lash serum exactly as pictured. I only gave it a 4 star for now because I have not used it long enough to see a difference. But I will update on the results.
