I ordered with the company over a month ago and paid additional for dhl express. Instead i got a tracking number for 17track which has all 1 star reviews and all the reviewers said they never received their package. What should've been through one tracking company that i know and trust was sent through another which has overwhelming fraud accusations. I contacted them via the forchics help email and no response. The website feels like a scam. At this point i am confident i will never receive my package. Safe your money stay away.

Used this product (eyelash serum) years ago for a long time and it worked very well (lashes got twice as long). Then they stopped shipping to my home country for a few years. After shipping was available again, I immediately ordered five serums at once. I have used it last night and woke up with the worst allergic reaction ever. Eyes are swollen and red, and they hurt a lot. Do not recommend at all. I think it is dangerous.

At first, they responded quickly to my inquiry, admitting that delaying payments to affiliates was unacceptable and promising immediate action. That was the last professional thing they did. After multiple follow-up emails and more than 5 months of waiting, they have gone completely silent — no payment, no reply. This is not just bad service — it’s dishonest and unethical business practice. They profit from affiliates’ hard work and refuse to pay what they owe. I strongly urge anyone considering working with this eyelash serum company to stay far away.

I have been using this for 7 weeks now and I see absolutely NO change. No growth. Im very dissapointed. I believe you had paid for fake reviews. I purchased 2 and it says I can get a refund. Now how does that work exactly? I want my money back! Thanks for nothing.

Scam – unpaid marketing commission. I joined their affiliate program in October 2024 and successfully generated nearly $4,000 in sales. I have a commission of $393 that was approved for payment. It's been over 6 months now, and despite sending multiple emails requesting payment, the company has only responded by saying their system is experiencing issues and that they would handle it soon. I even sent them screenshots of the successful transactions recorded in their system, but they just told me to wait and have not followed up. About a week ago, I emailed them again asking whether they intended to pay me or if I was being scammed, but they still haven’t responded. I didn’t expect a beauty-focused company to behave in such an unethical way. ------------ I’m writing this review to publicly share my terrible experience, for which I have full evidence. However, instead of responding or paying me the commission owed since October 2024 after reading my review, they flagged it as defamatory and unethical in an attempt to have the platform hide or remove it. Fortunately, after a review, the system found no evidence to support their accusation. I’m extremely disappointed by this behavior — it is highly unprofessional. I sincerely hope others won’t have to go through the same disappointing and awful experience as I did.

Worst serum!!!! BE CAREFUL WITH IT.. I woke up with my eyes very red and swollen. My friend had the same reaction. This product is from china and they say the product is from the US.

Ordered March 31, 2025. My account was charged and given an order confirmation via email but never a shipping notification. Followed up 3 times to find out what happened, and got the same "copy and paste" response from their "24-hour customer service" team. It's been 2 weeks now and still no update or resolution. Total scam. I placed a clothing order from China and still received it before ForChics even shipped my PAID FOR items. Requested a refund so I hope they will have some integrity and return my money as it is before their 30-day refund policy. VERY DISAPPOINTING, and I will go back to my old serum and pay 8x the amount for real results and superb customer service.
