They are only interested in people who buy their product. I tried cancelling my order they responded, but did not cancel my order. They only repied with thank you with purchasing our product. This was the same day I placed my order. First time with forchics. Not impressed. They also charge a 15% of your order if you cancel your order. None of this information is actually on the website. Be cautious of the price you get what you pay for. Not buying from forchics ever again.I feel lied to and cheated. Can't stress enough this was the same day I wanted to cancel my order. They really play up their customer service. Company's like these should get audited. Don't buy from them. Also update got a text from forchics the product is on its way here. This is the next day. Why?? I'm glad they replied so quickly yet none of the 3 email replies I've sent to this company have been replied to. As soon as I make a review. Suddenly a Response is so fast. It's interesting how the company will reply to your review, but do nothing of the sort to actually serve the customer. I made an order the same day I cancelled it because I changed my mind. My main question is if the responses are auto-generated because I got 3 emails just thanking me for my order. New update: I received an email about my order. The order has been shipped will receive and return. I will need to pay for a tracking number to send it back. New conclusion don't buy from a company that doesn't cancel your order. Will not be purchasing again from this company in the future.

I agree I believe this site is a scam, I had a bad feeling ever since I put in order. Unfortunately it was too late. My card has been charged and I have yet to see any product shipped to my house. I wish I saw this sooner. My friend had sent me the link about it and I didn't think much of it at the time. I can only hope that future buyers will not fall for the same mistake. Also what kind of company advertises 24/7 support services but do not have a contact number....well its the kind that probably doesn't want to be located or have innocent people calling them about their scam. I am curious how long it will it take them to email me back about the status of my product.

Ive used it pretty consistently and havent noticed a difference. Also after about a month or so having it, it developed a weird stinky smell. NOT something I would put around my eyes.

First of all my package took way over a month to come and when I messaged the support team they were no help whatsoever and first said “we are sorry it appears to be lost, we will send you a new one” and then they just all of a sudden changed their minds I guess because they sent back two days later “I’m sorry there is nothing we can do I recommend contacting the currier”. I finally received my package weeks later and used it once. Once in the morning when I received it and then again in the evening before bed. The next morning I woke up and I have never seen my under eyes so red !! I never have bags under my eyes yet my eyelids and under eyes looked so bruised and had this weird purple/red colour. I did apply it to my upper and lower lashes and now I am quite scared as to why this happened to me?? I have no allergies and have never reacted to anything badly. I am scared about what’s in this product. I’m honestly quite scared to keep using it to even SEE if I get any results. I am also quite scared about if this redness will ever go away ??

I believe 90% of the good reviews below claiming their lashes became luscious and full are paid reviews. I hope they had the ethics to at least use that serum on their lids. Product is shipped from China and you can find something similar on Aliexpress for 1/5 the price and it’s quality is at that 1/5 price level. When I received this product, the first thing I did was read the ingredients of the product and there was nothing on there that would logically do anything to lashes to make them grow (it was close to salt water + some preservatives). And I returned it because I didnt want to apply some sketchy fluid where my eyes were exposed. Coming back to read some of the 1-3 star reviews, I am glad I hadn’t. I am now also skeptical about all those video reviews and comments claiming this is a miracle.

Do not touch this product!! After about a week both eyes swelled up and eye lids drooped. Very itchy, stingy, thumping head and feel sick. Had to see G.P. It’s a shame I didn’t read ingredient as all the products mainly used are salt and food preservatives...Look them up... I don’t know how the hell they’re getting away with it!!! AvOID!! 1 star is just for packaging

Still haven’t received my 2 bottles of lash serum. I ordered on October 28th, and on November 2 it was shipped. Still no sign in the package here on November 26, almost a month after my order. I’ve tried contacting costumer service, but no replied. Definitely won’t recommend
