I ordered product from the Forchics website on the 18th November as a Christmas present. I tracked the parcel and it said 'failed delivery' - I have since contacted Forchics multiple times to try and resolve this (3x emails, 2x instagram comments) and have had zero response. Really disappointing and a guarantee I will never order anything from them again.

I received my item but barely any liquid in it seemed dry/ empty. I emailed the company they wrote We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please let me know if you would still like to accept the $10 gift card. I paid more than USD35 now they want to give me $10 and won’t replace the one they sent !! Never shopping with them again 😡 Your patience is much appreciated.

Don't trust this company to never ship your product, answer an email, but they will charge your credit card for products not delivered. They send an email that it shipped and a tracking number but the package is never given to the USPS to deliver. They will never return your emails and don't provide a phone number to talk to anyone. Will never buy from them again.

Do not trust this company. They never deliver my product although the sent me a confirmation email. I told them I never received it and I need them to check out what happened or to give my money back and they ignored me. This site is just a scam

Do not buy from this company. Sent the wrong product and then makes it impossible for you to get your money back. They told me they sent me a $25 coupon code and I told them several times that I received nothing and they just ignored me and never got back to me after try to contact them several times.

This website just sells cheap Chinese knockoffs of skincare products and it’s super unsafe and bad for your skin. DO NOT shop here, they will mess you up big time Edit in response to reply: Right, so is that why all of your products are available on aliexpress with the exact same images?
