I ordered on December 28th, got an email on December 30th that my package had been sent. I followed the tracking every day, and my package was not delivered to the carrier until January 9th. I sent 6 emails to this company and never got any response or anything regarding this issue. Very disappointed in this company, their customer service, and how things are ran.

I placed an order in September 2019 and no delivery until this date January 2019. I have sent several emails about my order been returned back from the tracking information I saw online and no one is responding to my emails. Instead, I keep getting notifications of product discounts which at this point I am certainly not interested in. I think I have been patient enough. In fact, I have unsubscribed. In the past, I have had 2 purchases that were successful and planned to keep buying products from this brand and even told my friends about the brand, but with this attitude, I am certainly not a customer anymore and I will tell everyone around me not to purchase anything from you guys. I want a refund for the order I placed which was not delivered or a voucher equivalent to place another order, until then before you can convince me to ever buy anything from you guys or refer you to others. I would not recommend this product. The morning after the first application I woke up with extremely red, itchy, sore and puffy eyelids. Day two they started to blister! Terrible and probably full of chemicals you should not be applying on your eyelids.

Ordered and still haven’t received it’s been almost two weeks! Guess i was a victim of scam! Thanks forlash ALOT

Forchics FOR SCAM! This is a scam. I placed an order and Forchics policy states that an order can be cancelled within 6 hours. In accordance with Forchics policy I sent three emails within the hour of placing the order (and BEFORE payment was taken) cancelling the order. Forchics ignored this request. Hours later I was charged for the order and was sent a notification stating my order was posted. I contacted them again and I was told that they do not accept cancellations like they state on their policy and to reject the order when I receive it so that I can get a FULL refund. I did just that, I returned the parcel to sender as instructed. I even sent proof that I had returned the parcel to Forchics. This was WEEKS ago and still no refund. Forchics is a SCAM. Please do not become a victim also. I wish I had done my research before falling for this scam. The products are also NOT produced or posted from the US.

I bought the bundle deal ( 2 lash serums/2 brow serums) after receiving my product I noticed that the active ingredient “peptide” was not listed on the box in ingredients! It is however listed in the ingredients on the web site. So they get you to purchase thinking your ordering a good product but the real ingredients dont include the active peptide which is what makes your hair grow. ?? I’m feeling prett ripped off and am not sure I should bother using this product since it is obviously form a company that lies and who knows what I am really putting on my eyelids and skin!

Can only presume this is a scam. Don’t waste your money. Ordered the item in September, I’m still waiting it to be delivered. I’ve been given several tracking numbers. No communication from the couriers they use. Unhelpful in resolving the issue which is still continuing 3 months later! Don’t use.

Still waiting to receive my order 3 months later when I asked them why I’ve still not received it basically said it’s out of our hands, when I tried tracking it it looks like it was never shipped in the first place! Wish I read some of these other reviews before I ordered SCAM!
