The box listed different ingredients than what was on the site. The box did not list an ingredient I was allergic to and caused an allergic reaction. I told customer service this and after a lot of back and forth, they said they could only process a return after a 15% deduction and did not acknowledge the ingredient thing. I posted a review on their site and verified it and they did not publish it. also, they ship from china.

Like any other unhappy customers with their reviews here. At first I thought I've been thinking too much , the dark blue eye circles it's just me maybe didn't sleep well . But I have a very much strong feeling! there is something wrong with the lashes serum! After reading all the 1 star reviews here , omg. Is it still safe for me to apply the serum!? I have been using for only a week ever since I received my products and my bottom eye appearing with dark eye circles ( or is that bruises like how any other people describe here!) The next day woke up from sleep after the lashes serum applied, my eyes always feel tired , sore and itchy!!

The eyebrow serum started smelling like mold before I could use it all so I had to throw away.. I contacted company and they said I can no longer return so easy to say I will not be buying again!

J'ai passé ma commande la 1 janvier et toujours rien... Je suis de Spa et je vois dans le suivi de ma commande que mon colis est parti du Luxembourg puis est passé à Liège et maintenant il serai en Suisse ?? Je ne comprend vraiment pas !

This Forbrow product is awful! It doesn't work and it has a foul odor to it. When I apply it it smells like a sewer! Truly a rip-off because you can't return it! a real waste of money!

ForBrow didn’t make any change to my brows. I have used 3 tubes and not seen any difference in the bald spots in my brows or any additional growth at all. They delete all my comments on Instagram politely noting that the product didn’t work for me

If I could give a negative I would. Never received the product. They blamed the postman and removed all guilt. Didn't even offer any real customer satisfaction resolution, just took the money and ran. For a first time buyer that leaves such a foul taste and its horrible to go through.
