This brand is such a scam. I also waited for my products for a long time. First they sent me a shipping notification but the tracking info was 'pre-shipment' status for 2 weeks. They blamed USPS for it but I know it was just not shipped. They kept saying it was shipped and blaming USPS, which I think is almost childish. I complained and told them I would contact my bank to dispute the charge and they finally shipped it out within the next few days. I think they just don't have enough supply but keep the website going thinking they can catch up somehow. So I finally got the items - SUCH LOW QUALITY, I was surprised. I got Forlash & Forbrow, they are no different from other brands out there. I decided to get this because I was allergic to other brands. But Forchics still gave me itchy eyes and skin. Packaing & insturction paper are very cheap as well.

I will never buy again, expensive but the quality suck, make me afraid to use the product. Look fake and cheap. The products from China and Laos, I believe will cost only $1 to $3 instead $50+

Sorry AF. Don’t buy stuff from here. Takes forever just to get some fake product.

Absolutely the worst website I have ever purchased anything from. Their customer service representatives are unresponsive and they have false advertisement on their website. They put stuff for sale that they do not even have in stock and charge your card before receiving your order. Worst site ever.

I feel scammed as I placed my order 2 weeks ago and don't have any answer to my emails. I saw their advertisement in Facebook with lots of great reviews and placed the order without having done a good research on the net. I consider myself super sceptical about buying online without doing a precise research, I know that many "happy buyers' comments" are fake and that websites only post positive reviews (if not fake..). They got me. Even if I receive the package I'm not going to use it. My health is more important than money. Lesson learnt.

Took longer than expected to receive package. I would receive emails saying it was in transit and being delivered, but when I’d look on UPS, it showed zero movement. I’ve used the Brow serum for close to two weeks now and have seen little to no new growth. I am new to using any type of a beauty enhancing serum or product, but on the box it stated to not apply multiple times in a day because it would not promote faster growth (paraphrasing), and I just found that very odd.

Fake crap from China. They're paying for these good reviews. Took two months to receive my order. If I had known it was coming from China, I never would have purchased it.

Why are the ingredients on the ForBrow tube that I have received missing the hyaluronic acid, 'active factor' and 'polypeptide' in the ingredients list as stated on your website? Whether it works or not, this is false advertising as I have received a different product and this in itself is ilegal. Please don't buy. I emailed them and this is the response below. A printing error.... any other beauty company wouldn't send boxes out like this as it reduces customer trust. Still not sure if I trust them now: We're fully aware that two of the ingredients, polypeptide, and hyaluronic acid, were not included. We were told by the company responsible for printing that there was an error. Though I can assure you that the ingredients posted on the website are the complete ingredient on our ForBrow." should have been written as "However, I can assure you that the ingredients posted on our website are the complete components found in ForBrow. We are very sorry for the confusion, but rest assured that the product is still of the highest quality and is never compromised. Thank you very much for understanding and again, we are very sorry for the printing error.
