Horrible customer services. My item was shipped back to original sender due to my mistake, and getting a reply took so long that I just want my money back and now they don’t reply at all. There’s only one email to contact them no phone number or any other ways to get a hold of them.

Terrible!!! Never received my product, I’ve written numerous emails.. no answer! Also, won’t give me back a refund. They told me they keep 15% for “protection” from fraudulent companies. Scam!! Don’t buy!!

This company runs like a scam. Customer service is non responsive. They take weeks to reply and with a “non-answer” that skirts around your questions. They sell faulty, defective products that arrive directly from a factory in China, where they can’t even inspect the items for quality assurance. Items take over a month to arrive, some damaged. They’ve since removed the items from their site. They have a 30day satisfaction/money back guarantee stated on their website, which is fraudulent. I’ve been trying to get a hold of them for credit/refund and they keep avoiding me. Avoid at all costs.

I have been waiting for over two weeks and no confirmation if my order has been shipped or not I got an email saying it will ship soon but still nothing. I have also messaged on Facebook and no reply. I paid almost 90$ for my order and I would either like my order sent or my money back. Two weeks is outrageous.

I have used the Liaison products purchased from a different company and thought they worked well. So the one star review is for the fact that I'm still waiting on product and I've yet to receive any response after two inquiries.

This company does not honor it's 100% Satisfaction Gauranteed policy. Their customer service is terrible. Do NOT purchase from them.

This company is a joke and their product is useless. All these 5 stars must be fake accounts...please do not trust this company or basically any of those scam ads you see on Facebook!!
