I have ordered an eyebrow tint that last 7 days and I got another brand from China, I guess. The parcel was shipped form Singapore. It arrived 35 days later and in addition the tube lid was off and the product totally dry. Nobody replies emails or messanger or notes on their site or even a Facebook comment. I am now trying to get my money back which is a lot of hassle, stress and waste of time.

SCAM! I ordered one product and paid for it. It's been more than a month and i haven't received it. I contacted the company to ask them and they shipped the product yesterday however it is not seen in the system. I ask for a refund and they send me e mail about discounts (seriously? i just told you i don't want anything from your company). Get in touch with your bank, do not let them steal your money

Ordered two items Eyelash Enhancing Serum and 4D Silk Fiber Eyelash Mascara non of them met the criteria unfortunately. Money wise not worth it either.

Do not order from this company. Their money back promise is FAKE. There is no customer service #. When you send an email they just ignore you and send coupons to buy more of their product. It took 3 weeks to get my item. I had an allergic reaction within 2 days of use. Not saying its a bad product, I know my skin can be very sensitive to certain things. It has been an issue to get in touch with anyone in this company. If you are willing to take the risk. The product may work for you.

DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IT’S A SCAM. Ordered almost three weeks ago, received a message that my order had been packed and shipped, only to receive a message a few days later that they’re “sold out”. Got that message over a week ago and still haven’t heard anything else. Probably never getting my money back. I want to warn everyone not to trust these people and NEVER to order anything from their website. I’m furious.

This scam company does not even deserve a one star rating from any one. I am awaiting any response from their non-existent customer service from a week now. I wasted almost 70 bucks on this $h*t. Placed an order almost 3 weeks ago and all i received is an order confirmation but no shipping or tracking info. I am going to inform my bank to dispute that payment and file a fraudulent case against these f***** scammers

This is a scam! I have waited and waited for products to arrive. I received one response email stating that my item had shipped, but still did not receive a tracking number to know where in the world the package was in the process. I have asked for a refund three times with no response. I will probably never receive the products and now I am out $40+ that I will never get back. I am outraged and someone needs to shut this down. I should have done more digging before purchasing. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
