Bought 2 items. A month later so sign of them. Dealing with Paypal to get my money back.

I too thought (and still think) itnis scam website. No phone number. I ordered Jan. 19th. Says order will come 3-5 days. I kept emailing and sending threatening fb messenger posts. Threatened to turn them over the BBB. I think that's the only reason I ended up getting mine! Those of your who never received it, do the same! Will never order from them again!

Ordered and paid!! 4 months ago, supposedly couldn't find my address Never had my money back or ever saw the product!! This is a joke!

I am a first time buyer and not happy customer. Shared this experience to all my clients, friends, relatives and mates. It is my first time buying from FORCHICS. I ordered some eyelash enhancer to try it out. I placed the order last January 27. Got a couple emails about their promotions and no update about my order so after a week I finally asked about the timeline. They gave me a reasonable time line: Here is a clearer picture of our delivery timeline ✈️ • All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 2-3 business days (includes packing and delivery to the courier) • Actual shipping time is 5-7 days After almost a month. I still don't have anything. The only update I have is this: Status Pre-Shipment February 12, 2020 at 6:08 am Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item HAWTHORNE, CA 90250 Followed up again and I got this response from Maria: it could take about 10~18 business days for delivery (from the time your order was fulfilled). So I called USPS just to see if they're status is updated and they told me that it was actually updated this morning and it is still not scanned or sent to any USPS branch. I'm starting to wonder is this shop is just a scam or something. Just warning you all fellas about this experience. It could happen to anyone. Anyways stay pretty y'all and do not buy from this FORCHICS retail anymore.

Ordered my product on 01/22/2020 and still no product at my door! It is now 02/19/2020, almost a month out from my original order. No word from company after two emails. Don't waste your time folks!

I will never order from this company again. One month later and two shipment notifications and still no product. I have asked for a refund twice and still nothing. Don’t order from this company!

I’ve been ordering from this company for over half a Year and the product works great for me. Even after the price increase I’d still buy both the forbrow and forlash bottles. However, I’ve been waiting over a month for my product and this hasn’t happened before. They are typically on time with shipping. Contacting them has been a complete nightmare and I’m still in the process of getting someone to listen. I’m either talking with a bot or they keep switching responders on me, it’s incredibly frustrating. Now that they are over 30 bucks a tube this should not be happening. If you go to their Instagram you can see that they delete EVERY SINGLE bad review including my own. It’s so shady. Not sure what happened but this company did a complete 180 on almost everything. Just don’t bother with them and find a new brand like I will be doing.
