DO NOT BUY. I ordered in January 2020. It is now end of March 2020. Order has been shipped but has stayed that way since January. Will not refund. Will not send more product. Told me it is lost in transit but when I get send back at my expense then a refund will occur. Continues to send me same automated emails. My fault for purchasing overseas. Difficult to the max and ripping people off. More people out of pocket than receiving product. Have reported as scam.

Made my eyelashes fall out!! This product is a scam. Unfortunately they got me. Beware. If you don't want your natural eyelashes to start falling out, do not buy this!

They say they are based in Los Angeles but my tracking says it's being shipped from Singapore. So many positive reviews on Facebook but they're page, comments can not be seen only angry emojis. Fraudulent

Ordered the Forbrow serum over a month ago and still yet to receive it. Website states orders ship within 2 business days but took 15 business days until I received a tracking number - 10 business days later and it’s still saying my tracking number is invalid and have not received any shipping updates. Customer service are quick to respond but all you get is an apology and an offer for 20% discount trying to get you to spend more $. Haven’t received my original order - who would be crazy enough to spend more money for something it looks as though I’ll never receive.
