After using for 30 days, I found my lashes appeared shorter and thinner than when I'd not been using their lash serum at all. After taking photos on the first, 15th and 30th day of using their lash serum and submitting the "30 day Growth Guarantee" form, I was denied a refund because "I had surpassed the 30 day guarantee" which was not mentioned anywhere on the website. This product and brand is a scam. I do not recommend buying!

This company is from China, masquerading as a company from Los Angeles Their response is a lie. They ship directly from China, so there is no quality check in the US, plus their return address is a unrelatedly factory in Nevada. All you need to do is google street view search the address they claim to be theirs, it’s absolutely not! Plus they are not BBB accredited and are under investigation.

I used forlash for about two months and it made lashes long but after i finished my bottle the grown lashed all fall down Not recomended

Bad bad bad bad , I bought 3 sets of 2 ,used for 2 months ,no changes ,and also the eyebrow serum would turn smelly after 3 days ,the smell was rotten , so then I would open up next serum ,the same happened again ,and then another one ...surprisingly not it happened again ,after 3 days as well. I finished using the lash serum ,no improvement . I wrote a negative comment on their site and it was never posted ,all they keep is 4 star and 5 star comments . Why ?!?!?

I placed an order on April 12, received an email stating my order had shipped on April 14th, it has been weeks, when I try to track the order the only info I can find is that a shipping label was printed but nothing beyond that. I've inquired twice via email, since they don't have an actual phone number to contact them with. The reply I got was, it has shipped but could delayed by weather, sorry not buying that answer. If it truly did ship the tracking number would show so sort of delay.

Don’t buy from them!!! It’s a scam and they will never deliver your product regardless of what they say. If you want your money back, call your bank and file a claim. It’s not worth it. The address they claim: W Olympic Blvd 3003 - 90006, is in Korea town in Los Angeles. You can see on the google images that there is no For Chics company. Report their company!!

I placed my order on Sunday and 1 hr later after reading really bad reviews about this company I decided I didn’t want the products anymore so I decided to cancel it. I emailed them about my refund I kept going back and forth with them about a 15% cancellation fee that they insist to keep for the products or material that the manufacturer uses or whatever. My order was placed on Sunday and 1 hr later I decided to cancel there is no way my order was processed and ready to be shipped if on their website it states that they are delaying orders due to covid-19. On their website there is no cancellation policy that states they will keep 15% its absurd to keep it since my order wasn’t ready I’m sure the product didn’t even move from where it was Since I cancelled it an hour later. I’m demanding to get my full refund I keep emailing them about my money but of course they don’t want to deal with me so they just ignore my emails. Never buying anything from their company I just want my money back. WORST FIRST EXPERIENCE EVER.
