With the current COVID-19, our fulfillment team is working around the clock to ensure the timely shipment of your package during this difficult time. As I am sure you are aware, there are global shipping delays all over the world (even major supply chains like Amazon are delayed right now). This is due to restrictions in warehouse and distribution centers where manual handling is necessary, along with significantly fewer transit carriers, which our distribution relies upon. And, of course, the increase in demand for online orders is increasing while people are stuck at home. What normally takes a week is now taking up to 4 weeks or more.
