Never response to email wrote them like 5 email and still nothing this is completely BS and if you’re reading this Forchics please response to the goddamn email and I’m being legit that they don’t response to the email they actually don’t!

I ordered online. The product never CAME! It has a fake tracking number and i have been waiting for months but the product never came. When I tried to check the tracking number its not working anymore.I will never gonna trust this company again. They never reach out to me. Learn from My experience and don’t ever fall for this scam

you will never receive any products from this company. I ordered mine 2 months ago but nothing has arrived. no solution from the company as well.!!!!!!! DONT BUY

After I ordered the lash serum, it took three weeks to come in the mail which was already inconvenient. I have now been using it for three or four weeks and have not only not noticed any lash growth, but have noticed that my lashes fall out very often, which never used to happen. Today I woke up with a stye on my right lash line, which could be from anything, but I have never gotten one before so I wouldn’t be surprised if ForLash caused it. Not satisfied with this product in the least.

Their lash serum gave me a nasty eye infection and customer service is completely unresponsive. I used the product according to instructions and only applied it on my right eye because I wanted to see if there would be a difference after a couple of weeks between my right and left eyes. I developed the infection in 4 days and stopped using it right away, yet it got progressively worse. I have sent a couple of emails with pictures and it has been 4 days, no response. And they claim on their site to have 24/7 customer service. So I went on FB and Instagram to send them a message - even though they post there DAILY, they would not respond either. This company clearly does not care about their customers at all. They just want to get that one-time sale through attractively-priced value bundles and say bye bye. I fell for it too, and bought a set of 3 on my first purchase. Do not buy from this company please! Their reviews are carefully curated - meaning they only post the positive ones and there is no option whatsoever to post anything negative on their site.

Scam! Do not buy!! This company just takes your money and runs with it. I wish I would have read these reviews before I purchased from them. Please read these reviews and believe that they are real and genuine. I placed an order with them, received a shipping notice of May 3, now on May 17 my order is still showing as “label created, USPS awaiting item” in other words, the post office has not even received the order. Are you effing kidding me? 2 weeks and they still haven’t received anything!!!?? When you contact them (email is the only way) they give you the run around and tell you they can’t refund you because the order has already been “processed” BULLCRAP!! These people are a scam! DONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!

THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE. I ordered the lash serum a few weeks ago and after I placed the order, I changed my mind. But I emailed them and they said that they were not able to cancel the order. Ok, so I waited for it to arrive and when it did, I didn’t open the package and immediately sent an email to the company for the return address. I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR 3 WEEKS TO GET THE RETURN ADDRESS. They first asked me for a picture of the unopened package and the tracking number, which I sent 2 weeks ago. STILL NO RESPONSE. I SHOULD HAVE NEVER ORDERED FROM THIS COMPANY. ITS SUCH A JOKE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I wish I had found these reviews before I placed an order. I received an email on 4/24/2020 stating that the product was shipped. When I checked the tracking number on 5/13, the USPS site showed that the product has not yet shipped. No reply from the company.
