I ordered from this last April, and now June, haven’t received the product. Gave a tracking number from a scam tracking site which doesn’t even allow you to track the parcel at all. Many times I sent an email where my package is and just want a refund, but they said they can’t refund until I receive the package and send it back. I mean what? How can I receive it when I am not receiving it at all? Don’t be fooled by this. Worth around $50, but you guys just scam people. I was thinking why this have a positive review right now? Received package after 2 days to a week? When we ordered last March or April haven’t even received anything I mean what? So suspicious. Maybe the positive reviews just came from them also. To scam more people. Beware guys!

I am not happy 0 for their service. I ordered eyebrow and lash set in March and still not received my product. When I send an email they just say sorry about covid 19 and that’s because of current situation it has been delayed. When I requested refund no one send email or no response from them. I am very disappointed and sad about their shipping and customer service. This company is scam 😡😡😡 Please be careful ladies.

I wouldnt even give this piece of s### place 1 star. I ordered back in March & still haven't received my package. I understand the whole Covid pandemic but at the same time their refund policy stated something totally different when i demanded my money back. I reported these people to my bank for fraud because theyre clearly robbing people blind. Theyre holding my money hostage! When i ordered, the policy said if i dont get my package within 45 days, i was entitled to a full refund. Then they changed the policy about 2 days after i kept threatening them. Oh from Germany? No wonder why! Hilter was a thief & so arent these people. Pieces of s###!

I would give the company 0 stars if I could. I bought the lash lift kit at around $35 plus $5 postage. I waited about 2 weeks to hear from them and didn't so I emailed enquiring about my order. Shipments were delayed due to Covid19 they said. A further 2 weeks later I finally receive my kit. The package has a shipping label on it that was printed out the day after I bought it so where had it been sat for a month? I then tried the product. The pads would not stick to my lids, I tried every size, multiple times and then had a go at trying to adhere my lashes to the best fitting pad hoping that might hold everything together. Nope. I couldn't even get to the perming part. Absolutely rubbish! I then contacted their support team hoping to be able to get a refund on what's basically a faulty product. First they offered me $15 credit to spend on their site! When I obviously refused this, they then said I had to send the package back at my expense. I would understand if I had bought something and then changed my mind about it and wanted a refund, but this product, doesn't work. Further more you're left with glue all over your eyes and it stings. I'm an artist and cut my own hair, dye my own lashes, etc etc so I'm good with my hands people, this is not the problem, do not buy this product, you will regret the entire experience!

This company is a SCAM! I’ve tried to write in several reviews on their site, kindly (not sure if this just doesn’t work for me but here are my bad results, etc.) and the reviews never show on their site. They only post reviews that are positive which is corrupt and misleading. Had I been able to view these real reviews I may not have invested. Used everyday for weeks and not only saw no growth, but have itchy and dry skin eye brows for months after. Not only did they not post my reviews I’ve attempted, but they didn’t respond to my concerns. 0 stars. SCAM.

I would be very wary about buying from This Company. I made an order two months ago. It has not arrived, I have had no refund and I keep getting nonsense Emails offering apologies but no action! Not serious or professional.

Ordered back in March- still no products! I’ve had various email correspondence with them. First, they fobbed me off with a standard ‘excuses’ email - mainly blaming covid. They also gave me tracking details- clearly fake- they never update! Back in April they finally admitted that my order must have got ‘lost’ - so they sent it again. Apparently. Nearly a month on and still no products! I’ll be filing a complaint via PayPal for my money back. Don’t waste your money or effort- order from a company that isn’t based in China. EDIT- So they’ve just replied to this review asking me to email. What’s hilarious, is that I had already emailed them again AFTER writing this review and they FAILED to respond. Just shows you that they’re more interested in these public reviews that they can’t delete! They took the time to respond to this review pretending to be concerned, but have ignored my email correspondence! Tells you all you need to know! Some of these reviews are clearly fake by the way, anyone can see that. AVOID!!
