Before you use this product please know, it makes your natural eyelashes fall out 😢. I unfortunately did receive mine after a long waiting period. I was so excited. Used it for two weeks and my eyelashes (slowly at first) began falling out. They have grown back since. But it was so disappointing. My suggestion is shell out the extra $ for medical grade and tested lash serum. You can purchase it from your local pharmacy or doctor.

Eireen replied: YOUR website is not credible and reliable. YOUR Ig and FB accounts have only 1 to 2 positive comments. (Because YOU are busy deleting bad revs rather than replying to customers' enquiries). YOU are based in LA, Ca. BUT you never indicate (website, Ig, FB) that YOUR WAREHOUSE is in SHANGZOU, China. YOUR LOGISTICS TEAM SUCKS. MULES ARE EVEN FASTER THAN 4PX COURIER (your chosen courier which is based in China). The tracking site seems suspicious (hard to trace activity and no movement for days) and looks obsolete (cheapskate courier's IT team is still stuck in the 90s). (I have to translate the Chinese and Russian words to English to know what's going on with my order). Keep on defending your company.(That's your job). Keep on SCAMMING PEOPLE! YOU are going down.

Well after 3 months I've finally received product on August 3rd and I'm excited to try it out on my brows! Original post: Very disappointed! Ordered and credit charged immediately on April 17th and here I am on July 16th and still no product despite numerous emails and promises. Shipping notifications are not updated. Repeated requests for me to keep waiting are now falling on deaf ears!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Their customer service is trash and will take forever to respond. They will scam your money from you. They have an investigation open against them on BBB and many negative reviews. I wanted to cancel my order (right after I placed it!) and customer service took nearly 48 hours to respond and asked to confirm the cancellation. I confirmed and then 24 hours later the package shipped! They never canceled like they said they would. Also product is not made in USA like they make it seem like it is. Made in China with little quality control. Do not honor the 30 day money guarantee either.

I spend more than $80 in this pruduct and til today I haven’t received nothing I’m really disappointed that you guys couldn’t even help finding my order or at least replace it.... you took your payment without giving me no refund for something I paid for!!!!!

Edited after reply: I was told to message them on Facebook. They never gave me the code. They replied to this review but not the initial great review I gave. There is not message in my ‘spam’ folder. This response was bull. Just like their promise for a discount code for a good review. (End if edit) I was promised a discount code for doing a review on here. I did it and they haven’t responded to any of my emails. Really really terrible customer service. This is my review now. It went from 5 stars to 1. I waited 2 weeks and sent multiple messages.
