I used the brow serum previously and got great results but unfortunately when I recently went to reorder the website doesn't give the option to deliver to Ireland. I have e-mailed the company but haven't received a reply as of yet.

Immediately upon opening the product, it smells terrible. Will not be using this product and based on the reviews, not looking forward to trying to get a refund.

Do NOT buy this company's products! I bought both the ForLash and ForBrow. I used as directed for a month, and I stored the tubes as directed. 1) it is a lie, the products dont work at all 2) both products began to sour and smell REALLY bad, when i used the ForBrow it started to sting and irritate and give me a rash. i was scared of a bacterial infection in my eyes. 3) they do not post the negative reviews on their website (i wrote one, was never posted). also most of the positive reviews are FAKE (not ethical). 4) took a month and a half for the products to ship 5) customer service is TERRIBLE, they refused refunds even though they say they will refund. 6) I really wish someone had warned me, this is a total waste of money

Not only did this product NOT work after a month, they gave me an extremely hard time about getting a refund. They told me to take a picture on Day 1, 15 and 30 to qualify for a refund, but I had already used it for a month. They were inflexible about this, which leads me to believe that they have a lot of people returning their product that doesn't work and they needed my money badly. If you want to have your eyebrows actually grow, try coconut oil!

Used for about 3 months, didn’t really see too much progress, felt like it’s was normal hair lash growth but maybe a slight push faster? Would’ve have kept using but it started to smell so bad, the brow wand started going sour smelling faster than the lashes wand. Ended up tossing. Pass on product.

I used the product for three days and developed eye blurrieness and can't read small print anymore. I have asked multiple times for a refund but the company is ignorning me. In fact, I'm thinking about suing them, as not only will they refund me, but I have lost my ability to see up close after using this product!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Upon reading other reviews submitted by unhappy customers, I now see that my particular experience is not an isolated occurrence and many other customers have experienced the very same issue with this product. I purchased 2 tubes of the Forbrow product based on the 1000+ positive reviews that this company advertises on various social media platforms. It seemed to be legitimate with actual pictures of customer experiences. Sadly, that was not the case. I was sold a bad product which had a strange organic growth/material attached to the applicator that I discovered a little over a week into use and a strong off smell which caused my skin to develop an allergic reaction by way of a red raised rash to my eyebrows and lower forehead. I immediately documented the strange organic matter found on the applicator and contacted the company explaining my experience and requesting a refund as I was clearly sold a bad product. At this stage the skin reaction was not at its aggressive stage and was just presenting as dry skin around the eyebrows. I was emailed back timely by a representative who was apologetic of my experience and advised me to discontinue use of the product immediately as it could cause an allergic reaction. The representative also offered to provide me with a $15.00 credit which can be used on the website to purchase any other products but failed to address my request for a refund or the fact that I was sold a bad product. By this time my skin had become inflamed with the rash and I responded to the representative advising of such and again requesting a refund and the process of how to return the all the product I was in possession of as I had no intention of purchasing any further products so the $15.00 credit would not be of use to me. The email exchange continued for a couple of days with the same representative advising me that they could not accept a return on the open product but I was welcome to return the unopened product at my cost and with a laundry list of specifications to mail the product back in order for it to be accepted. Mind you this company touts a "hassle free return policy" on its website but this process has been nothing of the sort. The last response I received was basically a copy and paste of their entire return policy and an offer of a 30% discount code to use on their website despite my numerous emails advising that I had no intent of using any more of their products given the horrible skin reaction experienced. However, this fell on deaf ears and I see now from other customer reviews, this is basically the exact way the company handles all of the same complaints received. I was also sent an email asking me to provide a review to which I did provide a very candid one but of course given that it was a negative review, it was conveniently never posted to their website. The company only ever posts their positive reviews which is why when you look this business up, you see the 1000+ positive reviews with their 4.9-star rating. It’s easy to control the narrative when you have the ability to which is why I sort an independent third party to post my experience, which clearly many other people have had the same of. I think this business needs to take a hard look at how they handle such quality control issues with the numerous complaints received of the same nature. If they wish to retain first time customers who have experienced such a horrible time using their products, they really need to not be so dismissive of customer/product complaints. I have arranged to send the balance of the unopened product back to recoup some of the costs spent on this horrible product and I will also be following up this candid review up with a complaint to the BBB.

I used ForBrow for 6 weeks ZERO results. I have pics that show no growth at all. DO NOT waste your time & money. I contacted them after 5 weeks requesting a refund & was told no. They refuse a refund after 4 weeks, so now I just lost the money & wasted my time. Do not bother with this company, they make big claims & don’t deliver.
