I wish that I could give zero review
I wish that I could give zero review, this company is a complete fraud. I saw the fake positive reviews on social media and actually order 3 products at once (my biggest mistake). Long story cut short, as soon as my credit card got deducted, the order tracking numbers stopped working. I contacted customer care, they responded once that they are working on it then started ignoring me. They immediately deleted all my complains on their advert's pages so that new people will fall victim also. This forchics is a total SCAM, do not buy !!!!. The positive reviews are all FAKED.

Let me start off by saying i LOVED the…
Let me start off by saying i LOVED the eyelash serum.. my eyelashes were soooo long everyone noticed. But after a while I woke up with swollen eyes.. watery.. and red. This went away after a few days but ever since then I have suffered eczema like dryness and rash around my eyes and on my eyelash line for months after discontinuing use.

Absolutely terrible customer service
Absolutely terrible customer service. My product appeared damage. They refused to give me a refund or allow me to return it despite the 60 day trial and full refund. However, I was promised a gift card for $15 (I payed $35), but it still hasn't been given to me. I have emailed them multiple times since then with no response. This company is a total SCAM. They filter out the bad reviews on their website and most of the reviews are completely fake because no regular person would leave a video review. I have never had a worse experience with costumer service in my life.

Please know that we're a legitimate company and that all reviews, both positive and negative, are from actual customers who have used our products. Kindly check your junk/spam folder for the gift card as sometimes our messages get filtered. If it's not there, send us an email so we can sort this out. Thank you and have a wonderful day!

STILL NO RESPONSE
I ordered a product 7 days ago and I still have not gotten any email update about delivery! I sent them an email to get an update and I get a response with an add to buy more! This is turning out to be more and more of a scam than anything else!

Deserves a big Zero! Dont Buy!
If I could give a zero I would. I got a great "deal" on my order of three of their forbrow product. All three came almost dried out. My guess is they had to unload the old stuff in a hurry so they offered a discount. Very disappointing! Any company who is willing to sell bad product all for the sake of making a few bucks, isnt a company I want to support. It does not matter how good their product is. I will never buy from them again.
