I saw really good reviews with the eyelash serum and thought i’d give it a try. That was a total mistake! I continuously woke up with red, puffy, dry, itchy skin around the eyes while using it. I took a couple week break from it, so the skin would heal before using it again. After just one night of use, I woke up with the worst swollen, red, and dry skin yet, as well as my actual eyes being extremely goopy and red. Do not recommend ever, but especially if you have sensitive skin around your eyes.

I wish I would’ve read these reviews before buying anything. I ordered their brow and lash bundle and when it showed delivered I checked the mailbox and nothing was there. I sent THREE emails until I was given a pre-typed response telling me to basically figure it out. I waited to see if it’ll come up and nothing. Now I’m $50 short, annoyed. I used to work in e-commerce so it’s really frustrating when a company shows horrible customer service because it’s really not that difficult. Update: and again I’m $50 short having to file reports (which I already did with the post office) all because ultimately this is the companies shipping choice AND have horrible customer service. I live in an apartment where we have a specific mailbox so how it was misplaced I can’t tell you but not once did they offer to fix this. Basically telling me it’s not their problem. They took my money and offered nothing in return. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. I am so disappointed in their customer service. I have worked in e-commerce and I would’ve given them a chance if they would’ve worked with me even a little but from the first response they sent me it was clear they don’t care if they jip people.

My mother ordered this product in September and still hasn’t received it. The customer service is abysmal! She asked for a refund and they refused to do it. There were emails that said the order is on the way...in Australia and we live in Canada! Why they won’t just refund my mother’s money is just wrong. Why this company is taking advantage of people during this time is unconscionable 😤

I placed an order on December 17th. After several hours of additional research and reading reviews, I emailed them requesting to cancel my order at 10:55AM EST. Later that day at 6:26PM EST a representative named Charm emailed me requesting to know why I was canceling my order and said I needed to respond quickly as they can only cancel prefulfilled orders. Charm also advised I could not receive a full refund due to a 15% fee claiming this is due to fraud monitoring by their partners who process the transactions. I responded at 6:31PM EST advising of my allergies to the ingredients in the product, a perfectly valid reason to cancel. I would like to add that it should not be required for a customer to cancel to order to explain why they want to cancel it - I have never been asked this in all my years of shopping online. Imagine my surprise when at 9:40PM EST that evening I received an email stating my order had been shipped! I responded to her email within 5 minutes - did she send that email before she left for the day? Unbelievable. I emailed her back again requesting the order be canceled as I had previously stated and indicated I would be leaving a negative review. Charm’s emailed response today disregarded much of my email and was hardly what I would call an apology - a flimsy excuse that the orders ship so fast they just can’t control them! Really? If that’s the case why did you email me asking for a reason to cancel? Why even give the pretense that my order had the possibility of being canceled? Charm suggested I refuse the package upon delivery and provide them with the tracking number. Why should I trust this company at this point? Why should I, as the customer, now have to do additional legwork when they failed to be honest and failed to fulfill my request? A wildly deceptive way of conducting business, if it can be called that. Now I’m stuck with a product I can’t use and can’t get a refund on. What an absolute joke. Happy holidays, indeed. Update: ForChics responded to my review requesting I contact them again to “make it right”. I promptly did. Apparently their definition of “making it right” involved yet ANOTHER response from Charm, who may I remind you was zero help, who gave me another lame apology and told me she can no longer cancel my order as it has been fulfilled and shipped. Lol duh. Thanks for nothing! Don’t waste your money.

I've been using their eyebrow growth products for a month now and if I'm pretty sure my right eyebrow actually has decreased, and my left hasn't changed at all. I would never waste my money again.

I ordered the forBrow Eyebrow Fill Pen and the forLash and forBrow serum bundle in October. Got the confirmation that my package had shipped on October 20... It's December 14 and I still haven't received it. Why, you ask? Because they shipped my package from Los Angeles, USA to Sydney, Australia. I live in Canada. I recognize that it's been a tough year for shipping times. But there's no good reason that my package has gone to another continent. It's been 55 days. For reference, a (direct) flight to LAX from my city is 3.5 hours. Customer service did respond to my inquiries. They were polite, but ultimately haven't said anything other than "sorry for the delay" and "please be patient". I haven't even tried the product and will not be ordering again. Sort your shipping process out.

I have sent multiple emails to try and initiate a return and after four days still have not received any contact from anyone at for chicks. Very frustrating!

Bought 3 lash one came empty/dried out and they did nothing about it because it was outside their grace period! Terrible company, definitely switching to their competitors who stand behind their product.
