Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this product based on my experience. I purchased it because the advertising made strong claims about the results customers could expect, and I trusted those claims. I used the product as directed, but I saw no noticeable results. I had previously used another lash serum and had good results, but I switched because I was looking for a more affordable option. Unfortunately, this product did not work for me. I also tried contacting the company several times since June 24 to request a refund, but I did not receive clear instructions or a return label. I still have most of the product because I stopped using it after seeing no results. Overall, I am very disappointed—not only with the product, but also with the customer service and the difficulty getting a refund. Based on my experience, I would not purchase this product again.

Never order from them. They will keep on charging you for iteams you only ordered once. They are a rip off!!!!. Please do not order from them.

I placed an order 2 weeks ago and now it shows that delivered. But I never received my order and tracking updates does not make any sense. I email asking refund so far no response. Looks like I got scammed.

After using For Chics eyelash growth serum, I experienced an allergic reaction that caused redness and irritation, making it impossible for me to continue using the serum. I contacted the company to request a refund based on their stated satisfaction guarantee and return policy, which indicates that customers who are not satisfied with the product may receive a refund. Despite explaining that I had an allergic reaction and could not use the product, the company did not offer a refund. Instead, after multiple communications, they offered only store credit. A store credit is not a reasonable solution because I cannot safely use their products due to my reaction. Offering credit toward additional products from the same company does not resolve the issue. I attempted to resolve this matter directly with the company in good faith, but they have refused to provide the refund that I believe is warranted under their advertised policy. I am requesting that ForChics honor its satisfaction guarantee and issue a full refund to my original method of payment.

What a waste of money ! My money especially.The eyebrow serum is empty and has barely anything in the tube and the eye lash bottle is the same.I wasted 78 $ for maybe 5 $ worth of who knows what.Dont waste your money

I’ve been using this serum for over 3 months and it did nothing for my lashes. The new formula doesn’t work at all. The company should havr stuck with the original which actually worked.

I have made an order a few months ago and I now receive a new order confirmation, but I did not place an order. On my order it says subscription? I have searched everywhere for information about this weird subscription and I can’t log in anywhere or cancel it, neither cancel my order. I am very disappointed since this isn’t something I can afford at the moment and the only way to contact them is through an email system
