The worst company. I bought this product hope for eyelash growth I used it two times a day. After one week the serum started smelling very foul and I was scared to put it on my eyelashes because it didn’t smell like that before. When I contacted the company about this they said that is was my fault because I didn’t store it in a place between 36-77 degrees farinheit which isn’t not true. I kept in in a drawer in my room. Then they said if I wanted a refund I needed to send them pictures of my eyes lashes at day 1, day 15 and day 30 of using the product with timestamped picture which I could not do because I couldn’t even use the product after a week. And they never told me to do that before to get a refund. DO NOT buy this product. The company and the product is a scam.

My Eyebrows are falling out because I wasted 50 + dollars on your junk product from China. The on-site reviews are bogus & I'm sure the women posting on Instagram are getting paid. My eyes itch, I'm out cash, and now have to deal with my Eyebrows falling out... the tube is worthless. It's like a smelly water, used one tube in less than a week. What a bunch of problems. Forchics should be ashamed of themselves!! Its not even about the money, but to know its for one from China.... nothing but junk and problems. And you are giving so many of us false hope by lying & stealing. I didn't think I wanted to leave a review but I hope someone sues the crap out of you..I'm sure the person reading these reviews from the fake corporate office is laughing at all of us. What's so scary is even though I've lost my eyebrows because of your product, cash time and so much more.... someone else could be losing a lot more. Women beware!! This is truly a fake company with fake results. What you will in fact experience is Eyebrow loss, itchy eyes, swollen eyes, dry eyes...... potentially worse. For-chica IS A RIPOFF & SPAM & SCAM & JUNK!! You would think with so much going on, you would want us to like China. 4-chicsZero stars.

Hi everyone, I never write reviews but this product is absolute BS. If I could put zero stars I would. I purchased the lash lift kit. The glue to stick the lash pads on is basically water. It does not stick, therefore the product was absolutely useless. After I asked for a refund they offered me a credit, but I did not want to purchase anything else knowing that this company does not make quality products. To get a full refund I had to send the original product back to the US and I live in Canada. They do not cover return shipping. Safe to say I did not take the credit or shipped it back to them and I will be throwing the product in the garbage.

I have bought 2 ForLash - Lash lift kit that i received in no time. No problem for the shipping delay on my side. I am really not satisfied at all with the product though. I have long lashes that can take easily a position and keep it, with mascara for example, and even if i spent 2 hours on ONE eye, two tries, my lashes wouldn't be lifted by the product. I did everything that was on the "instructions" included with the product. I've tried to return the second kit, still sealed and it would cost me almost the same price in shipping that the product cost me. I just threw 59$ US in the garbage with this product.

Very disappointed as I did not receive the Eyebrow Enhancing Serum and have had no response from their Customer Service despite emailing 3 times in the last month. I won't be purchasing anything else unfortunately.

My husband ordered the ForBrow Eyebrow Enhancing Serum & Fill Pen for me as a surprise. However, it says it was delivered on the 7th of February, but when he went to check the mail, we never received it. He sent an email to the company requesting help, and their response was for us to check with the post office. That is the first thing he did before contacting Forchics. They said check with the company. Is this how paying customers are treated? Giving them the runaround?

the lash kit is a complete crap

Terrible! I spent almost two hours trying to use the lash lift kit. I followed all instructions and made sure my kid was clean. My lashes would not stick at all to the pad. This was after struggling to keep the pad (that I cut) in place. I use the serum for a month, so I know my lashes are long enough to use it. I was in tears by the end of. Your website and Instagram are very misleading and your reviews for the kit are extremely old and few, making me believe they are fake and or paid for. I really wanted to like you guys, but after this experience I think will take my business elsewhere and just find a new serum as well, so I don’t have to deal with you. And I want a refund.
