Purchased an eye brow serum and when recieved it was dry very little product inside and without hesitation after emailing my concern another was posted out to me straight away and the second serum was definitely different from the first.Very happy with the level of customer service given.

I did not take the before and after pictures, I wish I had because this product really works! The price is right, not one of those ridiculous, exorbitant prices that impede you from even trying it. And the customer service is the best!!

I’ve been using this product for a few weeks and I’m not totally sure if I’m seeing results. But I’m optimistic as there are many good review. My eyebrow serum ran out like riper fast (after the few weeks) and the bottle was bone dry so I contacted customer service and they were very dedicated and helpful! I hope I can soon share about some real hair growth!!

I recently purchased Forchics eyelash serum and mascara. The first time I ride the lash serum my eyes were.burning and got very itchy. I was so disappointed. I sent them a message immediately. The next day I thought I have to try this again. I did and my eyes were fine. I realized that when I tried the first time I had used makeup pads to wipe off my mascara and then used a makeup and cleansing wipe. It was those two things combined that irritated my eyes. I quickly replied to the apology email Forchics had sent me. It was my turn to apologize to them. The serum works wonderfully and I just love the mascara. I’m so happy I realized what my mistake was. For his products are amazing.

This December I wanted to make a present to my friend who lives in Australia and I gave her a full set of serums, because Forchics started to ship to australia. I also decided to try and order a set of products for me in italy, i managed to process the order and only when I paid I noticed that the shipping address is wrong. Same street, sam city but in another country. I contacted the support team and they kindly informed me that they still don’t deliver to italy due to Covid and they would issue a refund as soon as the parce returned to them. I don’t know how and what happened but last week I received my order. I was so happy, because this is really such a good product to enhance you lash growth but also to know how kind and thoughtful their team is. Excellent service for the excellent product.
