FORCHICSReviews of forchics.com

I had ordered 4point eyebrows pen and they send me an ordinary eyebrow pencil which in the market cost Rs 50 and they took from me Rs450...it's a fraud company...no link to tell them the problem and there is no return policy....a great cheat company it is... don't purchase from here.

I ordered the lash and eyebrow bundle. However, I was received 2 eyebrow serums. I have emailed customer service 3 times, but no reply. My order number is 606819. According to their website their ‘support team operates seven days a week, 24 hours a day and guarantee a response within 24 hours.’ This is a lie, it’s been more than 2 weeks since I have contacted them! I’m very disappointed as I was looking forward to trying the products. I will not be ordering from this company again! I’ve discovered other companies that offer the same products with great reviews and for cheaper- I’ll be going to them!

I’m reading the other reviews from within the past week and i have the same exact problem. My order came and the box was opened and the product was empty. Reached out via email and Instagram and no response. The Forchics Instagram told me they’d have the people whom I emailed already get back to me and nothing. I also added photos in the emails and Instagram to show how my order came. Super ridiculous, unacceptable and unsanitary especially during times like this

It's not the 4 point eye brow pen which I order this is totally wrong. U had give me a simple pencil.pls help me me order id is #1064 and attachment of eye brow pencil is given in mail

I got used empty eyebrow serum from their site, that’s crazy, I can’t believe they can do something like that, I sent 5 emails already with no response, terrible, and I can’t even talk with someone, there is no pnone number to contact them..

I've ordered the eyelash product and iam still waiting. Over a month now. I've emailed customer care and not a word back. This a scam?

I ordered the eyebrow serum and never got an email stateing it shipped out weeks after i ordered it. I emailed them asking if everything was ok and they emailed me back saying it got delivered but nothing came to my door.. i then got an email saying it was being shipped out.. I told them i had never gotten anything and that i never even got an email from them if i hadnt had emailed them myself asking where the hell my product was but they refused to give me a refund or resend me the product.

I ordered the eyebrow serum and I received an email that it was shipped on June the second and still hasn’t arrived nearly twenty days later. My order number is #597242.
