This product is absolutely a gimmick. It does not work! I have used my product for 2.5 months now consistently applying on my brows and not even a single hair grew. Interestingly enough, they have raving 4.9 star reviews with thousands of satisfied customers, however, the website does not allow a customer to leave reviews. Very shady and I wonder what's inside the tube?!

I ordered four points eyebrow pencil but instead of this they delivered me single eyebrow pencil. I paid 499 Rupees for this.

I had ordered for a four point eyebrow pen online from FORCHICS.Instead of 'four point eyebrow pen' they delivered me a single ordinary eyebrow pencil.I requested for a refund several times along with my order details as the product delivered to me is not correct. So I would like to return it and get back the money otherwise deliver me the correct product according to my order of which I have the document sent by Forchics. But neither have they responded or made any arrangement for a pick up and refund. It's a total mistake from their side or purposely done by them. I request a prompt reply and a refund from Forchics. This is a fraud.A very bad experience.

Don't bother buying. I have just used the lash lift pack for the first time. The glue doesn't stick the pads of the lashes despite numerous attempts on both eyes. When I did manage to get the leashes to stick up on the lash pad, it's said to use the perm solution and apply with the small brush (no such thing was in there) so I had to rummage for something with my lashes still trying to hold on to this pad. Eventually after using my own makeshift wan/brush and using finger to apply, it didn't work at all. Its gone in the bin am afraid. Disappointed really.

Please do not order any item as this is fake site. I got scammed. I had ordered 4 points eyebrow pen for 499 they sent an eyebrow pencil which we get on the streets for ₹20.

They have an extremely disappointing service with no phone number to call directly. My friend placed an order almost 2 months ago and is still waiting to receive the products. She has emailed emailed them 3 times and all 3 have been dismissed without any response. They have basically scammed us, taken our money without sending the product and with no option of contacting. Do not ever shop with them. My order number is 605939
