Love this product, my lashes have grown in length and thickness, and when I have the mascara on, people always ask if I have had my lashes 'done'. You do have to be consistent and continue using the product but it's well worth it. Customer service is great too!

I can't believe all the negative comments on this site, as my experience hasn't been like that at all. On the products - I have been using the eyebrow serum now for about 2 years and the difference has been amazing. I wish I'd taken before and after pics. After years of overplucking my brows were sparse and patchy, I now have a decent pair (except for the greys, but dye fixes that :-)). I love the mascara too, I prefer it over my usual Benefit one and it lasts for ages. The eyelash serum I've only been using for a wee while, but my lashes look good and it's much cheaper than the product I used to use (Flash) which was $60NZD. On the customer service - Can't fault it. As soon as you order you get a tracking number and a link. This time I could see that my purchase had got stuck somewhere in transit. I emailed and got a swift response from Charm. She looked into it, found it had been returned to the Distribution Centre and quickly shipped another package which has arrived just fine. I haven't used the new improved eyelash serum yet, so can't comment on that.

Forchics eyelash serum is such a huge surprise! I was very curious of how it works and wondered if it would add length and volume to my lashes. Since I have monolids, curling my lashes that were thin and short are hard to spot (even with masacra). But ever since I used this serum, it makes my lashes pop out more and no need to add fake lashes on! Thank you Forchics!

I have been using ForChics brow serum for about 5 months and lash serum for about 2 months now. After years of thinning brows, I am amazed to see how the serum has filled them in to where I feel comfortable going out without penciled in brows in a pinch. Though, I still pencil in for a more defined brow, I feel far more comfortable when I am without! As for the lash serum, it is unbelievable how long my lashes are now. With just a touch of mascara, my lashes are long and lush! Without mascara, they are still long and are more defined than ever before! I highly recommend ForChics.

I am shocked to read all those bad reviews. I use both the lash and brow serums and they work amazingly for me!! My lashes and brows are much thicker and longer and I get tons of complements. I don’t know why it doesn’t work for some people, but it works wonders for me. I love this product!!!

I used to get my eyelashes done every month and it was such a hassle, upkeep is horrible and expensive! I've tried several lash growth serums in the past including high end salon quality and never had results. I saw a video review from a friend about the Forchics brand and asked it if was legit or a paid advertisement. She swore it was real so I ordered 3 bottles (buy one get 2 free) and man did it work! My eyelashes never looked so good. I didn't even need 3 bottles, just 1 so I gave my daughter one and used the other as a favorite things gift on my girls trip. This stuff is amazing! And no irritation to my eyes or skin! Thank you for such a great product Forchics!! I'm ordering the brow serum now!
