What happened? This product was so good and my saviour. I used to get both my brows back and long lashes. The new formula made me loose my brows and it is different from the old one, it’s like the bottle is less full of liquid and has a different smell. The original product was supereffective. I’m so dissapointed and am getting used to a browless face 😔

I ordered the Lash Lift Kit and eye lash serum/ mascara bundle and there are so many issues. Starting with the eye lash serum, I don't know when they changed their formula, but it doesn't work. I still had my old bottle and you can tell they strated cutting costs greatly just by looking at it. The tube is smaller and it is made of a cheap plastic vs the thicker, sturdy tubing of the original. The brush was frayed at the end, almost looks used and the formula is awful. Like I said: doesn't work.... I also don't seem to be the only person noticing the problem with the new formula. The reviews are flooded with this issue... The lift kit is laughable... it barely works and half of the items the instructions say are needed to even use the product are not provided in the box. How can they sell a kit and not provide products required, per instructions, for the customer to use it? Ridicilous. This company was amazing when they first launched, now they've started cutting corners and cheapened their products to increase profit. It really does feel like a scam and getting a hold of any customer service is impossible. Skip the headache and heed the warnings about this product.

I placed a Lash Bundle kit in February 2022 and after a long wait, my order arrived but the mascara was missing. I tried very hard to reach customer service in their different platforms but without success. I feel ry disappointed and scammed for something I have paid. They have the most horrible customer service and not taking responsibility and the time just to simply get back to me! I feel they just took my money and disappeared 😕

I've used it for a couple of months and not seen any results. I'm very disappointed in this product.

The new batch is useless - of both the brow and lash gel. They don't work at all, unlike the previous successful batches, and are characterised by a weird offish smell. Don't order: zero growth after 3 weeks - compared to an impressive 1 week of the original formula. Bring back the previous version!

This product worked wonderful the first 3 months of use. Within the last month all of my long eyelashes fell out and my eyebrows have thinned out. I am so upset seeing as I am getting married in a month and a half. I will be contacting customer service to return 2 bottles I currently own. I reached out to customer service a month ago when I noticed one of the tubes had a horrible smell. I'm guessing they changed the formula. To say I am so upset is an understatement.

I placed my order Dec 14, then after waiting the 3 days processing promise AND mailed out in 5 days promise and seeing NOTHING happen, I emailed for days after to BOTH of their emails and apparently my emails went to their spam folder? Yeah, nice try. PATHETIC that the only way to reach them was on Instagram??? You see what I’m getting at here, they do NOT care to be responsible enough to have someone check their emails because they’re too busy trying to find more free money by robbing people. When they finally got their act together after being told I’m reporting them my package finally is “shipped.” Thing is there’s NOTHING to track! They act like their 12 years old sending hearts in messages and “❤️“ them to an obviously ticked off customer antagonizing the situation. Which is going to also be shared with the BBB. DO NOT GIVE THESE SHYSTERS YOUR MONEY, YOU WON’T RECEIVE ANYTHING!

I placed three orders in total, no issues with the first two orders (I was really happy with the results actually). But for the third order, I got both the brow and the eyelash serum. And when I opened the eyelash serum, there was this piece of grey jelly gunk stuck on the brush, accompanied by this AWFUL chemical smell. I emailed customer service about this three weeks ago, and I still haven't received a reply. Needless to say, I will not be buying for this company again. And I want to warn everyone because the chemical smell was just absolutely awful and I can't believe we were supposed to put something like that so close to our eyes. Edit: in company’s reply below, they asked to provide the order number. How? Customer service still has not replied to my email yet.
