Ordered and received the brow serum and the lash serum. Used as directed for over a month, no growth, nothing during that time. What a scam, don’t waste your money. I’m trying to get a full refund however I’m not expecting miracles! Again DON’T waste your money!!!

I ordered my eyebrow serum on February 6th. Received the order # immediately after I placed the order & never heard another word from them. I’ve sent 2 emails within 24 hrs & haven’t yet to hear back from anyone. Can somebody pls find my order & send it to me.

After emailing them and telling them that I never received it… They proceeded to tell me to check my address 😳 After living at my address for over 20 years I found this laughable I would never order from this company again. I have my own wedding consultant business and I am dealing with high profile clients I will be telling people how very unprofessional this company is… Not even with a 0 score

If anyone got a FAKE DMCA email us! We got over 50 store owners that got a fake DMCA with fake documents from Eymel Daniel and his Virtual Assistants. Currently in contact with Shopify to get the information from his virtual assistants and him! Let’s get this guys in jail! They are located in Malaysia - Phillipes and the US!

The founder is Eymel Daniel! For anyone wondering who did scam you this is his name. Edit: You responded and said the issue had been resolved and asked how you could change my rating to a 5-star! My replacement item still hasn’t shipped!!! I did receive a message that it was going to but it has yet to leave. Soooo, I would say the first step to changing my rating, would actually be to resolve the issue. I would expected my order to be expedited. 3 weeks is anything but expedited. After, using the Better Than Falsies Mascara several times… and enjoying the product, I had an issue with my most recent order. It came broken out of the box (the part that screws into the bottle was broken). I understand things happen so I contacted the company to let them know. After not hearing back, I emailed three additional times WITH NO REPLY. I went to the website and submitted a request that way (as there is no phone number to call). They have chosen not to contact me despite my many attempts. VERY disappointed.
