Forcemech International LLCForcemech International LLC. Established in 2016 in Space City Houston, Texas, with a team of Medical Device Experts and Ex-NASA engineers, we designed one of the first Foldable Electric Motor Wheelchairs - The Forcmech Voyager One. Forcemech treats product safety and compliance as one of our top priorities. We are the only company under our product category registered and compliant with FDA as a company. We are also actively working with Medicare and all major insurance carriers to bring coverage to our customers. Over the years, we have continued improving existing designs and introducing new models based on our engineering expertise and customer feedback. • The Flagship Navigator series has undergone six generation upgrades since its introduction in late 2016, with distinctive features such as our Forcemax® Lithium Battery that offers up to 20% more battery performance with the same Ah rating as other brands, Electronic Anti-Theft Lock to keep your valued wheelchair safe, Honeycomb Anti-Shock Non-Flat tires with 4-point suspension system to challenge the roughest road conditions. • The Ultra-Light Carbon F1, introduced in 2022, is our first Carbon Fiber wheelchair that weighs only 37 lbs., pushing lightweight to new limits. Love my chair. Because of my age and medical issues I had to develop a way to get it in & out of my car (use a blanket thrown over edge of trunk and slide it up/down easily) but feel like I am driving a tank. Has been difficult lately to get customer service to answer the phone, but when they do they are the best.

I’m always receiving questions on my wheelchair. It’s been great, haven’t had any major issues. Couple of things that need improvement. When I just needed to travel distances, a key lock would be nice! When I needed to travel a little distance away from chair, also a little wider tires the do sink in soft soil. But overall best chair ever! Plenty of power, wide seat could be softer. No issues up&down grades.

Hi Raymond, We are glad that you loved our product and shared your experience and suggestions. You made some very valid points with the review and we would like to response to those points. We definitely see that there is a need with security and anti-theft functions for the powerchairs. The latest generation of the flagship Navigator series already have that function in place- we added an electronic anti theft system that keep unauthorized access to the chair. This function is been worked on and tested for other models too and is expected to be a standard feature for all models in the coming year. We are in constant development of designs and functions that make sense. Wider wheels/tires has been something we wanted to bring to our chairs for soft-soil situations, we are working on this and it may come as a tire choice addon in the near future. Finally, for seating cushion, this is something that’s been in the works for quite some time and we wanted to make sure they are going to be extremely comfortable. We are ready to introduce them early next year. Keep an eye out for them by following our official website!

This chair is what all the competitors want to be! Easy foldability, eapy charging, easy maneuverability, Fits in TRUNK of car easily. I wish it was a little lighter (but im old!). Otherwise, this is the best chair purchase we have made.

When I had a question someone was slways ready to answer it or assist me. My husband died in SEPTEMBER 2021 and I passed the chair on to someone who needed it. Thank you!

Still no travelbag for carbon F1. You are pissing on the too advantage you sell.
Response from Forcemech International LLCAug 25, 2023
Hi Duncan, the flagship Navigator series is the only model that have the premium padded travel bags (and we currently offer them for free with the purchase of the chair) the reason behind that is that the navigators are heavier to carry around with added tendency to be bumped into things compared to the Voyager and Carbon series. Specially the Carbon F1. Being only 37lbs. It is light enough that most people will be able to carry with one hand. We thank you for your honest feedback and see that there is a need for a travel bag for the Carbon series, this will be an item added to our design and product team. We will reach out again when they are available for purchase.

Purchased our “ little yellow buggy” in 2019 for my husband. The company has been very supportive for any thing needed……….lost the operation manual, needed new power cord, etc. The wheelchair is small BUT MIGHTY. It is easy to fold and fit into the trunk……..LOVE IT
