Terrible customer service. My first experience with Fanatics was beyond frustrating. Ordered a jersey that was too small. Filled out exchange for provided by Fanatics asking for a bigger size. After almost 2 weeks without receiving my order I decided to call their customer service. The person on the phone was totally unprofessional, rude and sarcastic. So happen that Fanatics does not replace items. So all this time waiting for my jersey for nothing. No email advising they received my order, no communication at all. If I hadn't called, I would've been waiting for my replaced item. FANACTICS REVIEWS I WILL NEVER BUY FROM FANACTICS AGAIN.

I purchased a cap and t-shirt as a birthday gift and not only did they arrive a day late, BOTH items appeared to be WORN. The cap came without the usual cardboard insert inside and looked faded. The shirt had two stains AND the price was ripped off the label. To top it all off, the items appeared to have been thrown into the box; didn't even bother to fold the shirt. This will be the LAST time shopping with them.

3 times they messed my order. Sent me the wrong item and a week late each time. I'm sorry but throwing $10 in store credit as an apology and "waving" the return shipping fee (on an already free shipping label) does not make up for disorganized and misleading sales. Completely unsatisfied and won't be shopping here ever again.

I purchased two items for my husband for Christmas - a coffee mug and an ornament. I got the mug, but the ornament wasn't in the box, although the order and the customer service rep I emailed said that it shipped. I complained twice more, asking for a refund for the item, as Christmas would pass before I received the ornament, but never heard back, and never got the item or received a refund. To make matters worse, the decal peeled off the mug within weeks of using it. Very disappointed with the terrible service and quality of the products and WILL NEVER use again!

I have shopped with this company before and not had a problem until this year. For Christmas I received a gift purchased from this site, but it was the wrong size. I sent the order back with the return form and marked that 1. I had received this item as a gift 2. that I wanted to exchange it for the correct size 3. I included all of my contact information. I never received an exchange on the item. When I called I was given the explanation that they do not do exchanges, and the item was processed as a return. I do not understand why they bother to have an exchange section on their return form at all if it is not even used. Secondly, per their own return policy the return of gifts should equate to receiving a store credit. Although I had clearly marked gift and provided my contact information I did not receive an email, phone call, or letter. I doubt anyone will care enough to resolve this issue, but you should know of the serious flaws within this company. Due to the unnecessary frustration and poor customer service, they have officially lost me as a customer.

Package was supposed to be here today and its lost!!! Thisafter it was ordered over 2 weeks ago!! NEVER AGAIN EXTREMELY PISDED!!!!!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Rude customer service reps who talk over you when you're describing your situation. Nothing but problems with returning a product purchased from them. Have spent a couple hours trying to resolve a return issue. They refunded the returned product, however, the refunded amount was much less than the cost of the item we returned. After six phone calls dealing with their customer server reps we still do not have the issue resolved. The incompetence is to the point that it seems intentional.
