Ich hatte echt Panik bei den Bewertungen und verstehe es überhaupt nicht. Die Bestellung verlief super, von Versandmail bis Ankunft vergingen 3 Tage. Immer wieder würde ich bestellen.

I ordered a custom carolina hurricanes 🌀 jersey. It was really nice. I love it. Makes me want to go to Raleigh for a game. While I'm there gonna show off the jersey and maybe get some barbecue. Thank you. Go canes!!!!

Really. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Placed a Christmas order for two items. One was returned and that went great....maybe not the worst.....however, the 2nd item is still missing 2/4/21 and you cannot communicate with this company. I worked for over an hour trying to put in the requested info....really?!!! A phone number or a call from a customer service rep would be nice. So, Fanatics just ate my money....and there is nothing I can do about it. It was a Christmas present, so I went to Amazon Prime and ordered another shirt. Not happy about losing the $$$$

I had some issue with an order and Fanatics fixed the problem at their expense!!! Customer service helped me through the entire process. Will I continue to buy from Fanatics? Absolutely. Best CS I've engaged with.
