Mistake- don't do it. Ordered 3 jerseys as gifts on the 9th. The order shows on their system as the 10th. The amount charged to my card was $6 more than the order amount. When questioned, they said it was due to the conversion rate for money- ha!! That's not my problem. After multiple emails telling me that's a good charge from the bank, they tell me that they're going to refund me the $6. Time will tell. MEANWHILE, 10 days later they finally give me a tracking number (after multiple requests) and when I look on the USPS site, it says that they are preparing to pick the item up today- 10 days later. OMGosh. Now, I have another "5-7 business" days and there's no way that this will make it in time for Christmas...when it was ordered 12/9. They lie, they steal. Don't risk it. Wish I hadn't.

I ordered 4 items from Fanatics. I ordered enough to have a discount applied, I wouldn't have ordered if it wasn't for the discount. Well, only one of the items came. I called to ask about the other 3 items and 2 of them were out of stock. I said I still wanted the 1 item and a refund for the other 2. Well instead, they tried to refund me for all 3 items and short me $2.50 because of the discount. So in essence, I was to lose $2.50 because I ordered from them, they forgot part of my order and sold out of the item before they realized they didn't send me one. I refused and they refunded me in full and gave me a credit to the website. Though I have yet to use the credit because it is on an account they made for me and I cannot log in. This place is a mess and I would NEVER order from them again, except maybe to use my credit. Clearly from the other reviews they do not process their orders correctly. They have no problems charging credit cards yet cannot send out what they received payment for. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Placed an order last Friday that has not shipped a week later. If only their product delivery and fulfillment was as polished as the customer service. Poor girls/guys get the brunt of a terrible customer experience. Wish the $50 gift card was at a more reputable store.

I placed my order 10 October, here it is 22 October and I still hadnt gotten my order, so I call and they proceed to tell me that they have no record of my order, YET! I have been charged for my order?!? Beyond angry at this point!

I ordered an XL hooded sweatshirt thinking that it would likely shrink in the wash. The package arrived a few days after the 3 day shipping period and hence I couldn't wear it to my college game. :( But the biggest thing that pisses me off, is my XL hoodie is smaller the a kids large. How am I supposed to fit into this thing. Maybe they should stop having their clothing made in foreign places? My sleeves barely past my elbows and I'm skinny!

So I ordered a medium sized Barcelona jersey from this website despite the horrible reviews I've read about them. But the price of the jersey was astonishingly low so I proceeded with the purchase. About a week and a half later the package arrives and what do I get? A small sized Barcelona soccer shorts. The first thing that clicked in my head after receiving the wrong item was never buy anything from a poorly managed company no matter how cheap the product may be. Secondly, I contacted the customer service department so I could get an exchange, but apparently they never had the Barcelona jersey in stock. So instead of notifying me that they did not have the item in stock they sent me the wrong item which would further complicate everything. This company is disgraceful and they should either step up their management or deal with the inevitable consequences.

I ordered a jersey over a week ago. It states on the site shipments take one day to process and that is complete crap!!! It took several days and going through several people to get my shipment processed and now my jersey isn't coming til days after the game I wanted it for. And when talking to customer service they couldn't give me a straight answer. Never ordering again..I don't care if I have to pay more at least I will get the jersey on time with another company.

I've used Fanatics a few times. They used to process and ship within about a week, which I loved. Now it takes forever, and for no explainable reason! My Christmas order last year took 1 month. All of the Christmas gifts I ordered through Fanatics became New Year's gifts. I made the mistake of ordering again, this time not in a busy season, and I'm getting the runaround again. They processed my payment right away, then my order was listed as "processing", but then it reverted back to "new", which means there's a delay (which of course no one can explain). I'm so disappointed. Shame on me for thinking they'd figured out how to process an order in a timely fashion. Boo!
