Never ORDER for this company. I ordered a custom jersey and when it arrived the stitching was bunched and crooked. I called customer service and got the run around...they put in a ticket and someone will contact me and maybe they'll decide to refund it. What!!!!! I asked to speak to a manager and got the same story. There is NO customer service and this is one of the worst customer experiences ever. They didn't even try to get a quick response from their vendor. Apparently Fanatics has their customer jerseys done by Majestic who has zero quality control. Now I have to sit around waiting to be contacted - guess my son won't get this for Christmas!

The website doesnt work properly. When I try to sign in i get a (sign in Failed) message.. I ordered a personalized jersey and my price was 61.80.. but my credit card was charged 68.40.. I dont understand this. When I called customer service the very nice lady could not find my order. Although I have a order number.. Still waiting for my Jersey.. Very frustrating

Warte seit 3 Monaten auf meine Erstattung, weil man meine Retour angeblich nicht erhalten hat. Leider habe ich keine Verfolgungsnummer, lediglich einen Quittung über den Versand, was fanatics jedoch nicht genügt. Werde über den Support immer nur mit den gleichen Aussagen hingehalten! Habe bereits mehrmals bei fanatics bestellt und war bisher an sich zufrieden.

Seid über 2 Monaten, warte ich auf einen Refund, für Ware welche zurückgesandt wurde. Empfang wurde bestätigt, aber auf Nachfrage des Refunds, bekommt man ständig Mails, dass es weiter geleitet wird and die Finanzabzeilung. Ist echt ein Witz. Auch telefonisch nur immer das selbe und immer apologies 🤦🏻‍♂️ Peinlich für die NFL mit so einem Unternehmen zu kooperieren.

Worst merchandising site EVER! They will cancel an order you entered in CORRECTLY the next day with a vague email. When you call to verify the order (stupid a$$ process), the woman told me I was verified and that it would arrive on Friday when I ordered Sunday, and called Monday(today). On Friday, no package shows up. Instead I have to call to get info. This last lady tells me the package was cancelled from the start and that it would need to be re-ordered. Never received an email telling me so. If I could, I would give this site a 0 OUT OF 5 STARS!!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

absolute trash website. ordered something and didn't get an update for weeks. said it had shipped but never came. support said that was out of stock and couldn't give me an estimate on when it would come, EVEN THOUGH IT SAID IT WAS SHIPPED...... DON'T LET PEOPLE ORDER STUFF THAT IS OUT OF STOCK. READ THE OTHER REVIEWS STAY FAR AWAY.

Ordered custom t-shirt Aug. 15th. e-mail stated it would take 6 business days to ship. I called after 7 days, Aug 24th. They said Item was in the "process" of being shipped and would arrive Sept 4!.. 2 1/2 weeks for a t-shirt! I demanded my money back. I am currently holding my breath.
