Bought a numbered T-shirt in August of 2019. The numbers on the back of the shirt a coming off. Paid 25 bucks for the shirt plus shipping and when I called to get it replaced they told me nothing they could do to fix it because of the return policy! 4 months and the numbers gone is not right! All I wanted was it replaced! Be careful what you buy from them! Terrible!

Worst customer and shipping service. No infrastructure to deliver the product overseas. False commitment always.

Katastrophaler Kundendienst! Ich habe vor Weihnachten eine Bestellung getätigt, diese ist rechzeitig angekommen. Aber leider wurde mit eine Haube in der falschen Größe zugesandt. Auf meine Kontaktaufnahme bekam ich erstmal eine automatsiche Antwort, dass sich ich ihnen bitte 24h für die Antwort Zeit lassen soll. 4 Wochen später bekam ich dann wirklich eine Antwort mit zwei Varianten zur weiteren Vorgehensweise (zum Glück habe ich kein Weihnachtsgeschenk gekauft). Auf eine Antwort auf diese Mail warte ich nun seit 1 1/2 Wochen. Angemerkt sei, dass zwar der Kundendienst bei fanatics.com besser ist, meine erfahrungen mit der Mutterfirma waren aber auch nciht wesentlich besser.

I have never had a problem with them!! But now i must say i do i ordered a hoodie from them patriots on front my name an number i pick out on back. Got it yesterday the ammonia smell was strong the color was faded . washed it today an i had fur balls number an name on hoodie looks like i had it for 5yrs. I'm through i spent my money no need to send back because i waited 2wks for this an I'm afraid i might get something worse!

On 12/31/19 I ordered a National Championship shirt for the National Championship game on 1/13/20 along with three other items. The other items arrived timely but the shirt will not make it until after the game!! Which is POINTLESS! I have called customer service and was told that is because it is a "special order" Why would you produce game day shirts that can't be delivered by game day???

My son wanted one specific pair of shoes for Christmas and his grandmother ordered them on December 3. When they hadn’t arrived by December 21st, I emailed. They replied that the order was due for delivery on the 24th and gave me two websites to track the order but my order number didn’t work in either link. Now it’s been three and a half weeks since I emailed originally and 2 weeks since their latest possibly delivery date and three days since I last emailed them with no response. Still no shoes.

Worst customer service EVER!!! The so called corporate phone number does not accept calls which is beyond ridiculous!!! The company sends out damaged products and then when that item is no longer in stock they offer a similar product for the EXACT same price that you paid for the damaged product...however that is a COMPLETE lie...the clock I ordered was $29.99 and then I had 40% off so the finale price was $19.07...I’m stuck have to pay 32.69 for the similar clock...last time I checked that’s not the price I paid for the original product...when I called in since I haven’t even seen the credit back in by bank account I was told that I only get $15 off the similar clock...so the first supervisor I spoke to lied to me...the representative that told me about the $15 off was rude and put me on hold while I was still talking...the supervisor who came on the phone was rude and told me he could not do anything about the representative that was rude and that there was nothing else that could be done about my order...NEVER ordering from this company again...I am SHOCKED that they are still around

I have purchased items from Fanatics before and have never had a problem. I ordered a couple things on December 16th under the "Guaranteed by Christmas or it's Free" banner and figured I had plenty of time to get it by the 25th. I was originally promised delivery on the 18th but it never showed. On the 23rd I checked in with the online chat on their website where I was also guaranteed by the 25th "or free". The package did not arrive until the 28th so I called. At first I was told they would only refund the shipping amount. When I asked to speak with a manager, they finally came back and said they would only refund up to $65 and that was the "fine print". The fact that I had nothing to give 2 people on Christmas, had to spend time trying to track the package down then try to get a refund when they "guaranteed free" is beyond aggravating. I will not purchase from this site again.
