Ich dachte Fanatics ist der offizielle Shop der NHL. Da man leider so gut wie überhaupt keine lizenzierten Trikots in Deutschland kriegt, dachte ich, ich bestelle beim offziellen Dealer. Was nicht klar war. Teilweise mehr als 4 Wochen Lieferzeit, da Produkte aus Übersee kommen und Qualität der Jerseys eher mittelmäßig. Nicht mal ein gesticktes Logo war vorhanden. Dazu saftige Preise. Sorry, aber so fördert man den Kauf von China Plagiaten. Dann ist nicht mal der Kundenservice erreichbar. Nie wieder

I will tell you that fanatics has excellent designs and often really great deals... unfortunately that’s where it ends in pluses for the products. Most printed shirts are cheap and crack quick. If it’s a stitched logo don’t; for the love of god, dry it after washing cause it’ll shrink weird and the logo will become wavy. Regardless of size. Hats are VERY cheaply made. Honestly you’re better off going to Mitchell and Ness or 47design and paying a little more. You will regret it if you don’t.

I placed two orders for three Ezekiel Elliott Dallas Cowboys t-shirts for my nephew. I needed to return one of the three shirts. I purchased the shirt for $22.49 with tax of $1.86. I discovered to return the item Fanatics charges a $9.99 Return Label Fee, which mean this customer would only be credited $14.36. The original price for the shirt was $29.99, but was purchased on sale. Fanatics would profit from the Return Label Fee ($9.99) and get the shirt back to sale again for $29.99. What a Rip Off! Fanatics will no longer be my first choice for shopping for my family. BUYER BEWARE THAT FANATICS CHARGED A $9.99 RETURN LABEL FEE.

Bought the annual version of my favorite college T-shirt in the same size as last year. The style had changed and the new one was way too big. Cryptic instructions on the website for returns. $10 charge to use their return label but no address on the package or the website for return shipping otherwise. This is my second poor experience with returns. Never again!

Sizes seem to be off you order 1 item in a 2 xl and it fits fine. Order a second and can’t even get it past my shoulders.

WATCH OUT: $10.00 to return an item because it doesn't fit. I've received my products on time and they are nice products. The only thing is the L long sleeve tee shirt DMitchell 45 is quite small relative to all other L long sleeve t shirts I have. And this is why I write this review. I have to pay 10.00 return shipping for that. I think its best to buy these products in person therefore. At least they give you a 365 day window for returns. One other problem is that my order history stays empty on the site. So, 5 stars for the products, 3 for the website, 2 for the returns policy.

Den Kundenservice kann ich aus eigener Erfahrung als gut bewerten - Die einmalige Kontaktaufnahme von meiner Seite wurde innerhalb der avisierten Zeit beantwortet. Ich möchte hiermit jedoch vor allem die Fanatics-Produktqualität bewerten, welche mehr als unterirdisch ist! Folgende Artikel wurden gekauft: 2 x Fanatics "Beach Towel" Toronto Raptors: Diese sind so dünn, dass man durch diese die Zeitung lesen könnte. Der Aufdruck ist zwar hochwertig, das Material jedoch ist schon am pillen, wo ich es lediglich aus dem Versandbeutel genommen habe. 1 x Fanatics Pin Toronto Raptors: Es handelt sich um den billigsten China Pin, auf den ein Aufkleber (schief!) aufgeklebt wurde! 1 x Fanatics Kühlschrankmagnet Toronto Raptors: Ist halt ein Kühlschrankmagnet aus Gummi. Hält sogar am Kühlschrank ;) 1 x Fanatics Keyring Toronto Raptors: Dieser ist der einzige Artikel, der als gut bezeichnet werden kann. Retouren werden zwar angeboten, jedoch muss man hier in Vorlage treten (, was in Ordnung ist, da der Händler in UK sitzt und nichts mit irgendeinem deutschen Recht zu tun hat). Leider werden die zu erstattenden Beträge offensichtlich gekürzt (der jeweilige Betrag erschließt sich mir nicht - Ein Beispiel ist hier der Pin, welcher 5€ gekostet hat und bei Retoure nur mit einer Erstattung von 4,50€ bedacht wird!!!). Wie es um andere Artikel, wie z.B. von Mitchell & Ness, bestellt ist, kann ich nicht sagen. Bezogen auf Fanatics-eigene Produkte kann ich nur abraten!

Youth slippers clearly run small will not exchange. But offered a return that cost half the price of slippers. Order from Amazon, as they are putting everyone out of business anyway. Things tell you things. Companies need to get with it.
