I have not been this disappointed by a retailer in many years, I can not explain how poor this service is. Three week delivery forcast for a commercially available product which still couldn't be met. Customer service is all automated so you can not speak with a human being and a replay back via email basically said, if you don't like it, cancel your order. Please do not use this retailer for any future business, terrible.

Ein Kamara-Trikot als personalisiert zu betrachten und vom Umtausch auszuschließen ist schlichtweg lächerlich. Insgesamt alles viel zu teuer auch wegen der sehr hohen Rücksendekosten (15 €). Ganz klar keine Empfehlung. Die NFL und Fanatics müssen noch viel dazu lernen...

Nur eine von zwei Fußballshorts erhalten. Zu der zweiten gibt es eine Sendungsnummer die im System nicht funktioniert. Beim Kundenchat wird man abgewatscht mit der Meldung, dass im Moment kein Mitarbeiter verfügbar ist und auf meine Mail keine Antwort. Hoffe ich bekomme mein Geld irgendwie von meiner Bank zurück.

Although fanatics was very apologetic on this " trust pilot" response , when I called them back to ask when my order was coming in - they explained not until next week . ( This response of ; " sorry we added upgraded shipping without your request , we've credited you .. well they were not not or friendly at all when I called back to ask when order would be in .. in fact the employee raised their voice scolded me that since they refunded my $6 , my order went back to ground shipping, and the whole problem that they created - that actually delayed everything.. So unfortunately the " bait and switch tactics " used online, are actually continued with the comments on this platform.. Here ; they seem very apologetic.. but when you call them - unfortunately the rudeness is only what you receive ... I urge / and would love management to contact me .. " I'd be more than happy to give the 2 names of their employees that lectured me about how legal it is for them to bait in customers with a free shipping code , and when you use that code - they automatically bill you even higher for shipping ( without your knowledge or consent ) to upgraded shipping and charge even more . *" If you don't notice the higher amount on your final total , you would never know they charged you a much higher shipping amount .. ** The attitude of the employees I spoke with actually makes me want to look at legal remedies & look at possible class action possibilities - if attorneys can locate the hundreds of other's they did this deceitful way of offering free shipping, and then actually charging extra shipping charges than normal . The response here is pleasant.. The response by employees is about the rudest you will ever encounter...

Nie wieder!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wenn ich könnte, würde ich den 0 Sterne geben. Ich habe mir 2 Trikots bestellt. Bei einem Trickot fehlte von Anfang an ein Knopf. Ich habe den Kundenservice informiert. Bekam nach einigen Tagen dann ein Angebot von 10 Prozent. Dies hab ich abgelehnt und um einen Reourenschein gebeten. Seitdem kam nichts mehr. Hab den Verkäufer mehrmals kontaktiert. Ohne Erfolg. Service ist der letze Dreck. Jetzt werde ich die beiden Trikots auf meine Kosten zurücksenden, weil ich von diesem Verkäufer nichts haben möchte. Rate jeden davon ab, da zu bestellen!!!

Nachdem ich die ganzen schlechten Bewertungen hier gelesen habe, habe ich lange überlegt, ob ich überhaupt bestellen soll. Dann habe ich aber gesehen, dass Fanatics die Bezahlfunktion über PayPal nach 30 Tagen zulässt. Dies habe ich ausgewählt. Ich dachte, so könnte ich eine Einbehaltung meines Geldes verhindern, wenn die Ware nicht eintrifft. Gesagt, getan. Als ich Anfang dieser Woche mal schauen wollte, ob die Ware bereits auf dem Weg zu mir ist, stellte ich fest, dass Fanatics meine Bestellung einfach und ohne Info an mich storniert hat.

Ein Trikot bestellt, das nie angekommen ist. Nachdem ich paypal Konfliktlösung eingeschaltet habe, kam eine Mail, dass ich eine Erstattung bekomme. Diese habe ich nie erhalten.

Order was wrong and i can't send it back for some reason.
