Die Lieferung hat 2-3 Wochen länger gedauert und der Kundendienst ist grauenvoll! Aber das Endprodukt ist wirklich gut geworden!

Ich habe bei fanatics eine Bestellung aufgegeben und bin danach erst auf die schlechten Reviews gestoßen und habe meinen Kauf in diesem Moment schon bereut. Es kam jedoch anders als die Bewertungen hier vermuten lassen. Die Bestellung kam 6 Tage vor Angabe der Seite bei mir an, die Nachverfolgung war in Ordnung (meine Sendenummer konnte nicht beim Lieferdienst gefunden werden aber jeder Schritt wurde von der Seite dokumentiert) und das Produkt kam im tadellosen Zustand bei mir an. Mit dem Service hatte ich nicht zu tun und kann diesen auch nicht bewerten. Ich bin alles in allem sehr zufrieden mit dem Ablauf der Bestellung und hätte mir nur eine etwas bessere Nachverfolgung der Bestellung gewünscht.

Super Qualität. Versand dauerte 18 Tage ab Bestellung deshalb 1 Stern abzug.

Ware und Kundenservice sehr gut! Lieferzeit sehr lang. Statt der 3-5 angegebenen Tage, war das Trikot erst nach 10 Tagen hier. Ansonsten alles ok!

After seeing lot of bad reviews, I was nervous that my order would be wrong too. Happy to say I received my order today, all four items were as described and the right size. Really happy with the items. Deducted a star because shipping was 25 dollars, was supposed to arrive in 4-6 days but took almost 2 weeks to arrive, items were an anniversary gift which are now late, but they will be enjoyed regardless.

auch wen ich im netz gelesen habe das man da besehr nicht bestellt habe ich es doch gemacht mit pay pal gezahlt ist man ja relativ sicher und ich muß sagen fast alles super gelaufen nur die 15€ expressversant spare ich mir das nähgste mall und mache normall versant den ich mußte 6 tage warden (mit samstag sonntag) ,aber sonst alles super

We have ordered 4 different items from Fanatics and every time they have shipped on time, we've had no issues, and have been very pleased with all four of our items. We did speak with a customer service rep regarding a question recently and had a very professional and courtesy interaction.

The price seemed too good to be true on Black Friday, but since there were some crazy deals out there, we gave it a shot. We never got a confirmation email, and we were just about to report it to bank as fraud when the two items arrived in the mail. Actually quicker than I would have expected for the distance. Items are nice. As expected. I suspect, as others have mentioned, we were charged a bit more than expected, and can't confirm due to lack of confirmation. Possibly an exchange rate issue? Not sure. ALso, not making excuses, but I can't say for certain either way. In my case, price was still well below what we would have paid elsewhere.
