Just found foodie hub have been taking £29.90 from my an account each month since February. I have never signed up to them. Now stopping further payments and seeking refunds

Do NOT go to this company's web site. My credit card has been charged with 1p for a 3-day trial after which a Service fee of £29.90/ month will apply. I did not authorise this charge and have reported the fraud to my credit card provider.

Anyone else had a nightmare getting the money back from their bank? This is why these scum always win! My banks even told me to do the detective work myself to find out who they are before they can help!! So I’m closing my bank account! I’m absolutely gob smacked at how this has been handled

Total nightmare I DO NOT know what this is I’ve tried everything to stop it, my bank can’t even help as they keep claiming all the time, even the fraud dept of HSBC can’t seem to find who they are, if I signed up I did it not knowingly if you get this I’m afraid your stuck with paying it monthly of £29.90 for absolutely nothing!!

Was in the middle of signing up for another app, by mistake clicked on Foodie Hub which was absolutely in the middle of the signup for the other app. When I realized my mistake, I sent a quick email to cancel any service and got back an email that they would respond in 24 hours. I checked Trustpilot and found many negative reviews. Then I went to their website called the customer care number (which is in Cyprus) told the rep I was calling my bank to block any payment. I then got an email marked "Subscription Cancelled".

I never knowingly signed up to this site. A little used card in my name was used & details can not have been obtained legally. Everything about this so called service is illegal.., no contact details, no means of cancellation. It’s a scam!!! I am cancelling my card & seeking refund & leaving these guys to pursue other criminal activities …

What kind of company are you how do you get people’s details?? HOW DO YOU OPERATE!!! you have taken £29.90 out of our account for what?? you are a total SCAM how do you sleep at night your details suddenly appeared in our bank HOW?? & you take people’s money, have reported to our bank & blocked

SCAM -This company have taken £29.90 since December 2023. Call the bank and get a new card issued.
