Like many people, when I was registering another app, it jumped in and asked for 1 click to debit me £0.01 from my account trickly for a 3-days trial. Three days after it debited me £29.99 for monthly subscription that I haven't agreed to. I emailed their customer service immediately for cancellation and requested to refund the subscription fee. At the beginning, they refused. I explained to them again that I haven't used their even for a second. Finally, they agreed to refund and transferred the money back to my account one week later. It's a bit cunning, but reliable.
