This company are SCAMMERS! I was trying to donate to a church via a QR code and must have clicked twice to close a pop-up "advert". Later that day, I noticed that Foodie Hub had a £0.01 transaction pending on my account! My husband thought it was for a food order we'd made so I ignored it (please act immediately if you see Foodie Hub anywhere on your bank statement!). A couple of days later, they had a pending transaction on my account for £29.90. I phoned Bank of Scotland Fraud dept and they were very helpful. Turns out it doesn't count as fraud - it's "mis-representation" so you have to get your bank to raise a DISPUTE to get the money back. On the bank's advice, I have now cancelled my card, taken it off Google Wallet, emailed the company to demand that they cancel all subscriptions in my name as I did not agree to them, and demanding a refund. Bank say it's unlikely I'll get a refund directly from them but if I don't, I need to contact the bank's dispute team in 15 days (this is Visa's rule, not the bank's) and they will get me a refund because it's mis-representation. What a stressful, horrible experience! Bank have advised never to use QR codes to pay for anything and to be careful with Google Wallet online because fake companies often access your details that way.

I never subscribed to it I have been charged 39.92 and they are not replying to my e mails. I tried to cancel my Revolut payment however they say it’s a valid transaction!!!! Nightmare company do not go anywhere near it

SCAM - it was a pop-up advert that I didn't even realise until it was too late. They initially take 0.01p then two days later start a subscription for £29.90. there is no way to contact them to dispute and it's simply a load of rubbish. The bigger payment is still pending so they've cancelled my card at LLoyds and sending me a new one but until then I just have to wait and see what happens with the pending payment. NIGHTMARE.

This scam company apparently offers food recipes on a subscription £29.99 / month! They use Google advertisements in apps/websites to trick people into their subscription page and takes your payment info straight from wallet apps like Google Pay. With two clicks you are subscribed for £0.01 3 day trial followed by £29.99/mo charge. If this happens to you, call your bank's fraud line to dispute the charge and ask them to block any further payments. Keep monitoring your bank statements as these scammers will try to charge again and again. Blocking the card and getting a new one don't work because I believe Visa/Mastercard automatically send new card details to payment processors!

Scam!! I clicked on a .01 cent purchase and they just got my debit card and now are trying to charge me $29.90! Piece of $hits!
