We found Allen at Allegiant and he was our hero today! We were struggling to get home and Allen saved the day. This was our third cancellation/delay in three days with another major airlines and Allegiant came thru for us.

Scam! I called Southwest Airlines to book a ticket. I found the number online. They even answered Southwest Airlines. It all made sense. I went ahead and made the reservation and shortly after found two separate bank charges. One for Southwest Airlines and one for Fond Travel LLC. I immediately called Southwest Airlines - this time I used another number. The Southwest rep saw Fond Travels LLC with their email in the area where my email address was to be. She immediately canceled the ticket, removed the email address, and reissued a new ticket. They also forwarded the scam to their fraud department. Fond Travels stood by their deceit and did not refund the additional money. They don't realize what they did is break the law, or perhaps do not care.

Avoid at all costs. I purchased a ticket through one of the giant online travel sites and these guys ran the ticket. I had to change plans and they charged a huge change fee but gave me a travel credit. It is obvious they are now doing everything possible to make sure I don't get to use the credit. In addition, the sales people are unbelievably rude and high pressure.
