Knowledgeable and very friendly/helpful!

I came to Folsom for 2 months and needed to rent a bike for 2 months and found out it was cheaper to buy. Everyone was super friendly and I was in and out in 15 mins. Always support your local bike shops!

They were busy on the day we went in. But they did there best to help the customers. When I did talk with a sales employee he made me feel like we were important and was very attentive. Every employee I have ever dealt with is super friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I really like these guys.

Chris did an outstanding job setting me up with the right equipment. These guys are top notch!

These guys were awesome won’t do business anywhere else!! They stayed an hour after closing when we bought bikes for the whole family and didn’t complain about it one bit. Their shop dog Abbey is a real sweetheart and loved our kids so much she took a picture with us and all our new bikes. We then could not fit all the bikes in the truck so one of their employees offered to put it in his truck and deliver it to our house so we wouldn’t have to wait to pick it up another day!! Love this place it was recommended to us from a good friend that has also had a great experience with them as well!! Thank you all again for the awesome customer service!!!

Folsom Bike has a great customer service team. The entire staff was friendly and attentive. You can tell they ALL have a passion for what they do. How often do you walk into a business and get a vibe that the employees don't want to be there? not so with Folsom Bike. My buying experience was excellent and I felt the sales person listened to my needs and focused on my total purchase satisfaction. Would highly reccomend Folsom Bike.

Best bike shop in town! Folsom Bike carries all the best brands and the employees are friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this bike shop!
